Great store just only let down is one of the older grey headed blokes who works here.short European looking guy.no customer service skills. Makes the store look bad.won't sell me a empty paint tin when the other guys always do. Get rid of him.

The best way to stress free painting is to shop here. I walked in and 10 minutes later had everything I needed and without any of the hard sell. It was even easy to get it into my car (thanks to Logan carrying it!). Thank you guys.

It's perfect place. Full of what you need for painting and run business. It's really have full collection of tools paint spray and accessories. But in here serving speed is bit slow and waiting at least for 10 min more is not out of sight. But in any other side it's really good managed shop. Nd have all type of deluxe paint in shop no need order as must of other shops because they are try keep they stock small. But here everything in on hand. Staff member here have a good knowledge of painting and tools and quality of material.

This is where you come if you want service. Amazing, I spent 30mins there working through with some staff about paint selections and was so happy with the outcomes. A+

The service and advice is excellent. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They have a huge range and the shop is very well laid out and presented.

I made the mistake of buying a product from the big hardware barn across the road first. Because that place had no one to serve us we chose something off the shelf that turned out to be the wrong thing for our needs. Then I went to the Paint Spot and their staff went out of their way to help me. Next time we will go to the Paint Spot first.

We are doing a full house reno soon and we're going to get our paint from these guys.

The staff are great but prices not so much. I bought some cudek from here and now realise they are the most expensive in Melbourne even with trade card! I have a trade card but am not a painter so I don't expect the same discount, but still should be cheaper that others retail price. I should have went elsewhere.

A Painters paradise for DULUX Products, anything thing else forget it. Paint Spot now belongs to Dulux and was a great place before hand where one could get any paint product they needed, now Dulux changed all that and the PaintSpot we all knew before is now a changed era.
BUT remember how the staff treated you before, well that hasn't changed and they are all just as good now as they were before.without the great staff they have I would probably have looked elsewhere

I've shopped for paint here now perhaps 4 times, and they are all incredibly helpful and friendly. Won't go anywhere else while I get this level of customer service

Brilliant! Darren helped me track down a little known brand and colour that was 8 years old. He was amazing! Turns out he was an industrial chemist for wattle for years. You couldn’t get a more professional m, helpful guy to help you with colour selection.

When I called in, there were three counter staff.in attendance, all on the shop’s phones while half a dozen tradies stood waiting. As soon as one call was ended, the phone would ring and be answered, the tradies left impatiently standing. I waited for about 20 minutes as the staff kept answering phone calls until my patience expired and left, never to return.

Friendly staff. Spent over $1500 in last week but wouldn't accept the return of one tube of silicone as I didn't have the receipt.
