Steven is the most knowledge colour specialist I have ever worked with. As an Interior Stylist, I find him so knowledgeable of not only the colours, but also how it will work in the space with other furniture and fittings I am specifying. I trust his advice explicitly! He is honest, helpful and patient. An asset to Paintspot Carnegie and your go-to for choosing paint colours!

Lady at the counter needs better customer service skills.
Maybe ask some questions to help customers get the right product. Instead of just plonking a random can on the counter and saying "is this it? "

They do not want to serve tradies they are too busy talking and being rude to customers. Highly not recommended.

Very old useless paint stock, all out of SHELF LIFE
Realised that paint solids was settled on the bottom of the can after going to work and preparing and dipping my rollers and brushes, wasted all tools, wasted some much time returning can and they opened other cans they were all in same condition.
WASTED HALF DAY (time is money) - FULL OF FRUSTRATIONS.

Keep away if you don't have time and money to waste.

Probably the best paint shop in vic now Windsor is no more the staff are extremely knowledgeable and comprehensive in their understanding of painting and its a completely different service to most shops and chain stores

Excellent adviser the phone then a very simple process to click and collect during Covid lockdown

Refused entry to a registered builder trading by the covid rules with a workers permit. Also a Dulux Inspirations member. I was simply trying to home schools and run a business but being stopped and dressed down and pushed to braking point to explain why I was buying pain for my painter. You are a paint shop, I am a builder? Your power hungry staff / wanna by cop making up your own Covid rules should be sacked like the rest of Melbourne. This was all in the presence of my 5yo girl who had to come to work it was traumatic for me and her. Take some action.

Helpful staff, assisted in getting me a close match for a wall colour. Would definitely recommend

He gave 2 wrong paint 4L and when I ask him, please refund, he say no I can’t you bought this

Typically Okay. However today, openly discriminatory and needlessly made things difficult, with zero care about it. Exceedingly unimpressed and won't be returning.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I had a few questions for them to answer and a very old paint colour they were able to provide.

These guys are cheerful, polite and helpful. As a word of advice to paint well you should try and educate yourself with utube videos

Click and collect is working well during covid 19, can order over the phone and pick up quick.

Easy parking. No steps, so easy access. I was the only customer at 4pm. The two salespeople assessed how I needed 2 use the paint, explained about the impact of mixing other colours in, considered which type of paint would serve all my needs & pointed out what base I'd be working with - a comprehensive approach.

Great to go to a shop where you can get excellent advice. I found the staff very knowledgeable and willing to spend time advising me on how to get the best result.
