Great spot for paint supply and advice. As a professional painter it's been my goto for anything paint related. Got some really good prices, they were fast and friendly to deal with. Staff were really helpfull and really know their stuff. Highly recommended.

I went in for sandpaper. Bloke was super helpful. Went through all the stock in the showroom and the storeroom out back to help me out. Easy five stars for customer service.

Awesome help and great service, I called first thing in the morning having no idea what it was that I needed and they were not only patient but helped me and my lost father out right away without hesitation with the right color paint and a roller brush kit. Very professional team; they provide the best advice and never push you to purchase any product. They have been operating during lockdown for tradies and also, order by phone and same-day collect for everyone else. Their prices are also competitive.

The Asian man ‘michael’ working here is extremely rude unhelpful, he laughed because i only needed samples and didn’t show me where or help in any way. Every question i had he just laughed, did not even answer my questions also advised the incorrect paint.

Extremely bad customer service will be going to Bunnings next time as i felt extremely uncomfortable.

Waited an hour and a half to tell me they don’t have the colours to make the samples.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable staff, I"v been coming to this paint shop for 12 years and always happy, Michael the owner is always happy to help and assist and give advice to his customers.

Love the service here and prices are good too. I hate lining up at Bunnings and waiting for ages, then you feel rushed for the next person to get served. This is where you go!

Just went to pick up some colour swatches. The staff are friendly and always helpful. A good family business that I am always happy to support.

Really bad customer service comparing to all the other paintspot branches. Need to improve a lot. They had 4 staff working only 1 was serving customers i had to wait almost 40mins to get my order.

Just wanted to buy a sample pot of paint in a genertic cream, really no big deal as just covering some graffiti on cememt sheet behind garage wall! No one is going to see it and lm just doing it for appearance. Apparently you cant just use any paint! Apparently l cant take responsibility for buying any paint, stoned walled and pressed to buy bigger can in appropriate finish. Pretty much the most annoying experience lve had in a long time. First and last time in the store.

Struggled to buy paint in here which is odd because it's a paint shop and all they sell is paint and painting accessories.
I dealt with a member of staff who was helpful and answering questions - things went south when his bespectacled coworker with a beergut interrupted our conversation with inane questions and problems but offered no solutions. He was everything you hate about people that work in retail. Solutions to problems are more important than the problems themselves.
