Very bad customer service by Shamal. Didn't show up for the appointment and ignored my calls. Would not recommend them.

Would not recommend this company！a totally terrible after sale service happened on us! Message the guy named “Sharm” never had replies nor phone calls back to us.still had holes not been filled up-causing water leak on wet weathers! Once again TOTALLY HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE with the service!

Fly screen missing from the quote, and wrong size pet door installed, said they will fix it but never get back to you.not reliable and not honest

Shamal was very good to communicate with and he makes really good advice not just aftering the money. I originally wanting to install a fixed glas door but he suggested that it would be very hot to have it fixed which he was right at the first day it was already very hot with the sauna steam on. Lucky I followed his advice. He was also very patient as I have problems with one of the contractor of my renovation due to materials arrived very late and I have booked him earlier than that. He waited for 6 months with no issues at all. I highly recomend him and his team! He has done a great job too. Professionalis, trustworthy and good comuunicator is what is important especially for those who have limited idea about renovation and they all have it 100 percent. Thank you!

Windows look good, unfortunately my bedroom window leaks air and blocks out no more noise than my old single glazed window.
