PACK & SEND Tullamarine

I have been using pack n send this year to send gift boxes to regional offices throughout Victoria. Arslan and his team have been amazing. Nothing is too hard and they are always accomodating. I have used other courier services in the past but they don’t even come close to the customer service and reliability I receive from pack n send. Congratulations on a great team at Tullamarine and for your service.

I sent a brand new suitcase from Melbourne to Sydney on 22nd sep 2023 and when I received the same it was completely broken. The trolley handle was broken n half of it was missing. On complaining I was asked to complete the form so that the refund could be given cos I had already called them 5-6 times n sent the pics of the broken suitcase. I sent the complete form the very next day but there is no response from PACK & SEND till now. Instead they are asking me for number of details n harassing me. As I was traveling internationally l had to spent another $300 to buy a new suitcase. I am back home in India and really sad over this horrible experience. I lost a brand new suitcase n then paid for the courier n then spent more money on a new suitcase. They literally spoilt my otherwise beautiful trip. Think twice before using PACK & SEND please

Excellent customer service and knowledge with custom packaging and fragile shipping / freight. Had a 100 year old grandfather clock and fine china freighted interstate and arrived in perfect condition - recommended.

Quick delivery. I had to ship a fragile item internationally (vehicle sunroof) and they took care of all the packaging and labelled it appropriately. Item arrived in perfect condition.

I could not recommend Pack and Send Tullamarine more highly! I was visiting from interstate and needed a package collected on a Friday afternoon and delivered that day. They not only accommodated me but ensured that it was delivered before COB and confirmed this as well. They were placed under time constraints and had other orders and still delivered. We left a mobile phone with all sorts of photos and information on an airport shuttle at Melbourne Airport. The shuttle company had the phone ad would hold for pick up, we tried a few couriers to pick up and deliver to us in the outer eastern suburbs. Of all Pack and Send were the best.

Good value, compared to Post and faster. I handed a parcel to P&S pm on 15/3 it was delivered to the recipient in Adelaide early this morning, 17/3. Great service.

Needed an urgent last minute point to point parcel with a painful (paperwork wise) pickup. Pack and send did a great job, kept me informed and were reasonably priced for the difficulty of the job.

This company provides the best courier service, most importantly during recent covid related delivery issues. Always reliable and convenient to use. It has been my all time favourite courier company.

I had to organise for an important item to be sent interstate (wedding dress). I spoke to somebody over the phone from pack and send Tullamarine who helpfully gave me a quote.
I opted to book shipping online and package it myself, with insurance.
I dropped it off at the store and the next Day it arrived in ACT. I was very impressed at the speed of delivery considering the current delays with shipping.
It was also slightly cheaper than Aus Post.

Excellent work by the team at Pack & Send Tullamarine. I think there are two staff named Arslan at this store. Firstly Arslan provided a great service and quote over the phone, Arzoo provided excellent customer service F2F and Arslan (the packaging guru) did a fab job to ensure my items were delivered in perfect condition! 10/10 for this great team.
