Came to pick up a delivery 13/1/24 only to find it's closed on all Saturdays in January despite everywhere stating it would be open. Very poor customer service.

Just want to give a big shout out to pack and send St Kilda. Scott, Michelle and Mark have been outstanding and extremely knowledgeable with assisting me throughout my journey to move my belongings interstate. Moving can be stressful at the best of times but they made my experience so much easier for me and stress free. Your knowledge and experience, especially dealing with my many questions is truly appreciated.

I dropped off an amazon return parcel and was told that they "do not need to scan it". I tried to insist on receiving a confirmation for the drop-off, because otherwise I wouldnt be able to prove that I actually dropped it off, but the guy working that night seemed very inexperienced and had no clue what he was doing. I had to reach out to amazon a month later because they never received the return, nor did anyone know what happened with the return parcel I dropped off. It was never handed over to any courier.

Says they open at 8.30 it’s 9am and still closed. Been here since 8.30am, no answer on the phone either. Bad

Scott and the rest of the team at St Kilda are amazing, personable and professional. My partner and I had short notice to pack up our life for a relocation to the Northern Territory. Everything was packaged, sealed and delivered to us with no breakages. Would highly recommend using Pack and Send to ship anything. Thank you so much for making a hectic and nerve wracking time less so.

Thank you to Marc and Michelle for their help with packaging and sending our artworks this week. We have our own courier account and they were so obliging, packing everything for us, sending us the details we’d need to give the courier and then printing and adding the consignment notes to our parcels and handing over the packages to our courier at no extra cost. They really went over and above and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I’ll certainly be using them again! Thank you!

If you are going to send luggages - be aware that if you drop it off at this store they will make you box it in and pay for the new dimensions & boxes. So you’ll be better off having them picked up if you have luggage as they would not request it to be boxed in.

I don’t understand why I needed to box my luggage up at drop off but it’s not needed at pick up requests. Furthermore they debited my card for extra costs after my visit without my permission so be wary about that.

I don't understand the poor reviews here.
I picked up my CRT monitor from this store yesterday. The staff were friendly, offered a trolley to get it to my car, and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Very smooth transaction.

I had to post a round table to Sydney, not the easiest thing to post nor the cheapest but Michelle did everything she could to not only ensure my table arrived in Sydney safely but also at the most affordable price. I initially requested an online quote but then called and spoke directly to Michelle (I recommend calling instead of online). I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personalised email from Michelle, informing me my table had arrived in Sydney (approx 24hrs later). Excellent service! Would use again!

Change your opening hours to reflect what they actually are! Not happy showing up on saturday morning to a closed store.

It's pretty poor business when a customer sees that your trading hours on a Saturday are 9AM-12PM, rocks up at 10: 30AM and finds the store shut with not a single person in sight. This is even worse considering that others have raised this issue previously, yet Management hasn't bothered to address the issue as your advertised hours are still obviously wrong.
If you don't operate on a Saturday then please update your trading hours.

Your better off having them picked up if you luggage’s. Nowhere in the terms & conditions does it say I needed to box luggage up at drop off but not a pick up requests? Only up side was the friendly guy at the front desk.

They are really good, but the fact that Saturday is only a business day by appointment is not made clear anywhere. Staff will sort out your issues well and make sure you're taken care of.
