PACK & SEND Richmond

I recently used P&S Richmond to send a parcel to Adelaide. The team at Richmond could not have been more helpful. They took care of collecting, packing, sending and delivery. Thanks guys!

I've used Pack&Send in Richmond twice now, most impressed both times, transaction was seamless, professional and super-friendly, had a laugh and a joke but most importantly, the expensive iPhone to my son arrived safely packed and in quick time to New York, thank you Geordan and Nick for your excellent service, will be back for my business deliveries:)

Never again, do not send international shipping at all even full service becoz you have to pay more and more even the problem is they didn’t put your invoice details properly. Moreover no paperwork or tax invoice received.

Nick and Jordan have been super helpful with two high value parcels which I needed sent. Easy to communicate with, and organised everything from their end. Will continue to use them!

I usually pick up my parcels delivered through DHL here and I don't have too many problems and receive my parcels really quickly, but today when I went to pick up my parcel, there was a different server who was unable to give me my parcel. He asked me my name and typed it into the computer and it didn't come up and he told me to call DHL on Monday without looking in the back for it or asking for other info. I understand it was close to closing time on a Saturday, but it felt as if he was very dismissive and eager to pass the responsibility onto someone else without even completing his part. The server who usually serves me is able to find my parcel really quickly with just my name without putting it into the computer. I called DHL just then and they said it is definitely there and the server should've asked for my tracking or waybill number or at least attempted to look in the back for the parcel. Usually happy with the service here, but today was a bit of a disappointing experience, especially considering coming here is slightly out of the way.

I don’t think it was a matter of conflicting information or following security procedures. On my two visits, it didn’t reach the point where any ID even needed to be provided. My first visit, the server didn’t bother to look for my parcel or ask for a tracking number before sending me off even though my parcel was there. The second visit, my parcel had been sent back before it was due to be sent back. I confirmed with DHL workers it was not “randomly picked up” rather sent back intentionally. I’m just not sure where these “security procedures” are becoming relevant when there wasn’t any effort to locate or get me my parcel.:/ I know it’s not the end of the world but it was just a whole lot of inconvenience that could’ve been avoided for both you and I, as well as the DHL ppl who had to redeliver my parcel and try and work out what was going on with it, had the first server just asked for a tracking number or looked at the back for my parcel.

Quote came back 6x more than if I had just booked online and printed forms myself. I went for a cheaper option that Nick suggested, still 3x more than what I could have spent. Followed up a number of times to even get quote. Paid over the phone with Jordan assuring me paperwork would be sent. No paperwork or tax invoice received. Followed up via email. Nothing. Followed up by phone (this time a number of days later). Nothing. Followed up again by phone and email. Eventually someone picked up when I called again and sent tax invoice and tracking after the package was delivered. Wasn't able to track parcel or have any kind of paperwork to show I had left a package with them at all until four days later. Not ideal. One star for getting the package delivered. Minus 4 for the sheer unprofessionalism and stress of not knowing what was going on - if my package had even been sent or if it was secure.

Today I found the item I bought on Amazon, the UPS shipping company said that it was delivered to me (10 JUN 2020 by 9: 00pm).
Liars are annoying and time-consuming.
But it is currently in the Shop 3/6 Bridge Road vic 3121. (Today 2/7/2020 at 5pm).

Efficient, organised and willing to discuss any ideas in organising a very valuable parcel to be collected and shipped to me. Would recommended them particularly for items which need to be collected and shipped quickly.

Always so helpful, we used to use Australia Post for our company shipping and were always having issues. Since moving our shipping to Pack and Send Richmond we havent had one issue! Their shipping process is a breeze! Thanks Nick and Geordan!

Jordan and his colleague were super helpful and super obliging when I and my husband were into the shop with bags of things to send to Hong Kong. Jordan gave us the best quotes among the available offers, and everything was explained to us very clearly. He helped us fill in the forms and helped us pack. They are very friendly and warm. Really want to thank them for helping us send two boxes. The shop is at a great location too. We just parked right outside it, which makes the process of sending off our things a lot easier.:) :)

Geordan and Nick could not have made the process of shipping 100+ pieces of fine china to Adelaide any smoother.
The experience was completely stress-free with me barely having to lift a finger - from collecting the items from my home, to packing (exceptionally well according to the recipient), to ease of payment. Nick even returned my tote boxes to my home the following day.
The service was faultless, communication was excellent, and they were a pleasure to deal with. Judging by the other reviews here, it seems my experience was typical.
This was my first time using Pack and Send Richmond and I would not hesitate to do so again. Highly recommended.
