Great service, even during COVID times when logistics have been a challenge. I have sent two packages on two different occasions to Sydney, the first arrived in 40 hours and the other just 26 hours after sending. Very impressive for very reasonable cost.

After Australia Post couldn’t come through I went to see Sam. He was really attentive and helpful. I needed to send a package of medications to a stranded family member in remote West Africa. He did all the research while I waited and recommended the courier he thought would be most reliable. Given COVID restrictions I was prepared for the package to not arrive, but it did, in less time that we had expected. Sam gave very personal care and I would highly recommend his service.

Sam was able to send my documents for me and no hassles at all! They arrived in Ireland in a week, everything was so easily done and convenient. After sending the same thing 3 times with australia post and NONE of them even arriving this was the best!
