The guys at Pack & Send Pakenham were fantastic. They gave great advice on the shipping options and were completely upfront with what the most cost effective option was. They clearly explained the long time frames associated with the lower cost options. They then neatly packaged our items individually before carefully loading them on to a pallet for transport. Everything worked smoothly, and the expected timelines were met. When our goods arrived at their destination (in Perth), the Pack & Send team in Willetton were equally helpful in unloading the pallet of items and helping load them into my car. I can't praise the Pack & Send team in any way. Great service guys)
