I cannot speak highly enough of the professional, courteous and helpful service I received from Shane and his team. I needed help packing half a dozen paintings into boxes that I could take on the airplane back to the UK. Time was short, yet Shane managed to provide a quote, a clear time frame, and logistical assistance in getting the paintings to his office, packing them carefully and robustly, weighing them and all ready to take with me to the aiport. They travelled intact and without damage all the way across the world in the airplane hold, and out the other end in baggage claim and back home. I would not hesitate to use Pack n Send again - they are a rare gem of outstanding service and assistance.

I contacted Shane at 3.30pm yesterday for a pick up that needed to be made by 4pm in Melbourne and delivered to Perth the next day. Shane and his team were able to collect the parcel, pack it and it was delivered to a Perth branch for me to collect before lunch time the next. Very friendly, efficient service (in both Melbourne and Perth) at a reasonable price for the service provided especially in these times where deliveries can be very unpredictable. Would highly recommend using this service.

This service was incredible! I am so grateful to Troy for the fast quote, collecting my item from my hotel in Melbourne, packaging and returning it to me less than 24 hours later in Perth! The service and care to give me all budget options was much appreciated. So grateful I found these guys!

I had an expensive PC with a monitor and PC accessories. They did really amazed me by their service to the point that I was repeating what they were saying just to confirm. They wrapped the PC with a lot of bubbles and papers to avoid it being damaged, they took the individual accessories and packaged them individually. I had a bad experience with shipping companies before but PACK & SEND delivered an amazing service. If you are reading this review and worried about your expensive item being damaged by shipping then look no more. I would use pack & send in the future if I needed to.

Shane and the team are great! Always great service and go above and beyond, there are other couriers including other pack and sends closer to me but I will always travel further just for the quality service I receive here.

I've worked with the people at this Pack and Send for a number of years now. They go beyond the call to help run my business. I trust so entirely that they have a key to my premises. Their packing is second to none (actually specialise in packing artworks) and is well priced for the quality. The shipping is always carefully monitored to destination. I always feel at ease when they take care of things.

I had a guitar to dispatch. Worth more than just a few hundred dollars it needed to be insured and sent with confidence that it was insured, at a fair cost and handled well.

A good spot to send or collect goods. A very quiet street and a car park is generally available. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Convenient parking out front for dropping off a consignment. Speedy delivery (5 days) from Melbourne to Malaysia even on a non-express option. Delivery partner on the Malaysian side was FedEx/TNT - fast and hassle-free.

I accidentally left my laptop at accommodation in Melbourne CBD before catching a flight to QLD, and had to organise collection, packing and couriering to QLD asap. Shane was very helpful and efficient, he organised pickup from that accommodation on a Friday and it was delivered first thing Monday morning as promised. Well packaged and fast delivery. Really impressed with the efficiency and reliability, highly recommended:)

The situation was tricky: I wasn't presented in Australia and had to somehow remove all my items from the first location, keep the stuff in Pack & Send storage for quite a while, and then move it to another location. The guys were eager to help and even advised me on how it'd be best to transport the belongings.

Our organisation used Pack & Send for the transportation of some fragile IT server equipment across town. Troy and Shane were great to deal with, the operation ran smoother than expected on the day, and best of all it was incredibly good value! Brilliant customer service. Fantastic job by Shane, Sally and Troy at Pack & Send Dryburgh Street, Melbourne. We ordered Halloween items from Costco Dockland Warehouse Melbourne and needed the items collected from Costco and freighted to Perth. One phone call, two emails and the boxes were collected, taken back to Pack & Send Dryburgh Street branch, weighed, packed and shipped to Perth for our Willow Tree Realty Halloween Haunted House community event. I had a large package shipped from Melbourne to Canada and due to circumstances beyond Pack & Send's control, there was an unexpected issue. Even though the issue was in no way Pack & Send's fault, Troy and the gang promptly remedied the situation with skill and class.
