Excellent service and prompt delivery to the UK. I appreciated Toula's effort to reduce the size/cost of the package and her explanations etc were honest and to the point.

I found the pack & send service very helpful and responsive. I dealt directly with Dean who operates the branch at Kew. First by phone and he prepared a quote based on my items and came back with a price promptly. I then met with him at his business and was very professional and explained the packaging and details of delivery. Items arrived in Queensland a week later. Extremely happy with my experience.

Excellent and prompt service. Sending products internationally with lithium ion batteries seem very problematic for many couriers and delivery-service companies but P&S Kew got it sorted - I just gave them the box and they took care of eveything else!

And furthermore, my Christmas present went from Melbourne to Auckland, NZ in UNDER 24 hours. To be specific, 19 hours from the time I dropped it off, to the time it was delivered - WOW!

Even during the busy Christmas period, Dean and staff were always available to answer my questions and assist in the packaging and pick up of a large article from Sydney that needed to return to Melbourne. The parcel arrived punctually and in great condition. I can refer the Kew team with confidence.

The entire process including quoting, collection of the consignment, dispatch and delivery was handled professionally, efficiently and cheaply. I could not recommend Dean and his team more highly.

I needed Pack and Send (Kew) to pick-up and pack a vintage dresser (with large mirror) and send it interstate. Dean worked hard to minimise the cost, even doing some disassembly to minimise the volume of the package. It was extremely well packed and protected and arrived safe and sound. I had asked another P&S to quote originally, but their care factor and customer service was poor. I'd highly recommend Dean's service, and will happily look to them again in the future.
