I recently used Pack and Send, Frankton to ship personal possessions overseas. Chris and his team were extremely helpful every step of the way, including packing fragile glassware and large framed pictures. After negotiating the vagaries of local Customs, my shipment was received in excellent condition. Highly recommended

I highly recommend PACK & Send Frankston. I recently used this service to transport 7 boxes, 86 kgs, 0.766 cubic (m3) from suburb 3977 Melbourne to 4036 Brisbane.
(precious homewares & decor, paintings and glass panels from my grandmother were being transported home to my mothers property interstate.)
From the first phone call, and throughout the whole process, the team members were extraordinary.
For first time customers in 3PL services I found shipping through Pack and Send Frankston exceeded my expectations.
Extra packaging services were done with excellent professionalism.
Personal and professional service, clear and prompt customer service.
We received all items in perfect condition, and faster than expected considering recent national events (eg. Qld floods)
We are truely grateful and give 5 stars.

Extended packaging lead time but friendly staff who definitely know how to pack & transport fragile & valuable items. The packaging on my glass figurines shows they know what they're doing. Highly recommended.

I needed a large parcel picked up in Qld to Vic
Had a look online for for a local courier, someone who could help.

I stumbled across Pack & Send in Frankston phoned and spoke to Chris. Chris was so easy to talk to and actually cared to be honest. He gave me the phone number for Pack & Send in Southport Qld.

Called Southport Qld explained to Heather exactly what I needed. Heather picked up them item re-packed it for no charge and sent the item.

4 days later received an email to pick up which I did and and Chris was there and even remembered aswell.

So many thanks to both and will definitely use in the future.

I submitted all relevant information for a shipping quote, yet P&S frankston never got back to me with a quote. There are too many other competitors out there to waste my time with franchises that don't want the work.

I would like to say thank you for your professional, frandle service what I received from the staff at
PACK & SEND in Frankston inspeciale from Chris!
From day 1 if I had a question, whit no hesitation I resived a very frandle and professional response!
The price wath I paid it was a lot cheaper comper to other places!
If somebody vants a professional and frandle service I higly recommend PACK & SEND from Frankston!
For dos customers how are complaining about the service wath they resived I have a proposition!
If you van a good, reliable, frandle and chip service, then go to a coffee shop, for a cappuccino!

These guys were utterly terrible. We shipped something to them which had a part shake loose in transit due to Pack n' Send at the other end not packing correctly. PnS Frankston immediately blamed the item and its packing and told the customer that insurance was not possible. The customer felt terrible. But PnS Frankston felt great about themselves. Insurance did pay out despite PnS Frankston writing a report that the Insurance should not. The anti-customer attitude is still alive and well at Pack 'n Send Frankston.

Last week we organised to send a parcel through Pack & Send Frankston to be delivered by StarTrack/Australia Post. StarTrack managed to lose the parcel - required for an important meeting in Canberra, and unfortunately were not able to send a replacement in time.

Issues are always going to happen from time-to-time, but the real test of a business is how they manage through the issue, and find a solution.

Chris took ownership of the situation and drove the replacement parcel through the night (8 hours each way) to have it delivered in time at 7am on Saturday morning. Individuals who take that level of care, ownership and initiative are rare, and I commend him and the team for their high level of ethics and professionalism.
