Thank you so much for your amazing work. Truly appreciate all your effort in packing and sending all our boxes all the way from Melbourne to Tasmania. It was in very good condition when arrived and you have gone above and beyond when packing some of our stuff. Cannot thank enough for this whole process. It even arrived faster than we expected.

I had an absolutely brilliant experience sending some stuff to Indonesia in January 2023 through Pack and Send Footscray. The service offered was beyond perfect. The noteworthy aspects which made this experience very nice were
- they opened shop 20 minutes early so I can get to my work on time
- the price was significantly lower than what DHL and AusPost had suggested
- they sent all the paperwork via email so that time spent at the shop was minimal as I was able to prepare paperwork beforehand
- they provided tracking number for the courier
- they sent me pictures of the luggage once they wrapped it in protective packaging

So I would strongly recommend using Pack and Send particularly Footscray branch.

I've used Pack and Send a number of times to assist with unusual freight/logistic items and they have always been great. Wayne at Footscray was no exception and helped me out where no other freight or moving company could with a large item needing shipping from Tasmania to Victoria. Wayne arranged a cost effective, straightforward delivery solution and the item arrived promptly and safely as promised. Very happy, many thanks again.

Very bad experience. I call them before going. And the information given was totally different about sending package internationally as the guy told the information given by anybody else who is nee and do not knew anything whereas there was no one else except him and After reaching there the guy was very rude and i was very disappointed by the attitude. Very disappointed. I am most annoyed that I wasted a whole day waiting for the pick up driver to show up, then the parcel was sent to a wrong address. Poor services with dear cost. Never use again.

Amazing customer service, they helped me to bring everything out of my car that I was intending to send, and were so kind and helpful even though I kept them there past open hours. Definitely went above and beyond in their service!

Fantastic service from Zhen at this business. He was just about to walk out of the door at the end of his shift just before the long weekend when I rang. He stayed back and gave me the quoted price and a job number. I rang back on the Tuesday to finalise the details. My Kindle was picked up from the airport and photographed to confirm it was the correct item, then packed and sent. Best packaging and it arrived safely to regional Victoria. Thanks for the great service. Highly recommended.

Dishonest business - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!
My wallet was picked up from the airport without my authorization in spite of the email (written evidence) confirming that the quote (which included the pick up from the airport) provided needed to be approved by a return email - and then was not releasing my wallet without needing to pay (receipt available). STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS.

Great service in a difficult time when people were off sick, supply chains interrupted and at the beginning of the new year! The team did a great job to get my laptop from Melbourne Airport to me in Brisbane. It was safely and securely packed and arrived in the timeframe provided - despite the tracking system advising that it was somewhere else altogether! Thanks!

Got my laptop retrieved from Melbourne Airport and safely packaged, insured and sent to my remote location. Good communication throughout including photos of items and packaging before sending, Wayne made prompt responses to calls and emails (even after hours at times) staying in touch when delivery got delayed by unforeseen postal network congestion.

Excellent service and follow through. Left a handbag at Melbourne airport and the fast and safe return to Sydney was excellent.

Cpap machine left in the gate lounge @ Qantas Tullamarine. They found it& gave us an item number. Pack and Send Footscray went & picked it up & Packed & sent in 24 hours. Great Service. Happy to pay for service like that. Regards Cathie and Michael

Really friendly and helpful staff but price was triple competitor. Maybe cheaper to send overseas but to NSW no dice. 5 starts for service 1 for price.

I have recently started an online candle business and I am surprised to learn that Pack & Send online service is much more easier and cheaper compared to Aus Post (don't even need to step out from house!). Not only their website is much more user friendly, I also find that their delivery time frame is way quicker as compare to other courier providers; especially during Covid (only 1-2 days within Melbourne). I personally prefer Footscray branch because of how convenient the location is, as well as their quick turnaround and expertise. They would share their genuine thoughts if they think it's cheaper to go through other courier providers rather than them, which I don't think you can get this kind of service from anywhere else. So highly recommended!
