I brought an item info P&S to return, believing this was a DHL drop off point, however it is not. P&S willingly accepted the parcel and arranged delivery to Tullamarine DHL without payment. This is rare customer service that as a Mum of a 4 year old in tow, I needed. Thank you P&S!

I'm not a reviewer, usually. Went to Pack & Send Eltham (Bundoora) with a small, but heavy, consignment - a motorcycle engine - to go up to a customer in Sydney. The manager at P&S, Michael, was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. As for the shipment, dropped it off on a Wednesday morning and it was with my customer the next day. Amazing. Customer was over the moon. Thanks guys.

The team at Pack & Send Eltham were easy to work with and did a beautiful job packing some 100- year-old timber hallway fretwork for transport from Melbourne to Sydney. This was an eBay purchase and it was easy to organise Pack & Send to pick up from the vendor's location, and the items arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

The service is abysmal. Don't use these guys. Delivered a package to them on Wednesday morning to be delivered within Melbourne. Friday lunchtime and it still hasn't arrived. It contains perishables and these people were aware of that. I'm beyond disappointed

Last week, I had to send an urgent item from Melbourne to New Zealand. I searched and contacted Direct Couriers, FedEx and another one to be told it would be 2-3 business days, and cost somewhere between $80-120.
I phoned Pack and Send Eltham and Michael and Janine could not have been lovelier. I booked it all online, and just had to drop my item over. They even printed the documents for me as I had no power that day.
But the best thing - it arrived in the recipients hands not even 24 hours after I'd dropped it off! Unbelievable! So, cheaper, faster, and friendlier. Absolutely will use them again. Thanks Michael and Janine!

I've used Pack & Send Eltham a few times now for both national and international parcels. I've also needed help with packing once and they were extremely helpful. The international parcel was held up for a couple of weeks in the destination country because of COVID issues, but the national parcels arrived very soon after posting - one arriving the next day even though I hadn't selected an express service. Overall a trustworthy, professional and friendly service that I recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and service I received from Pack & Send Eltham. The service was outstanding and the customer service from Michael was fantastic. My packages were picked up in Melbourne and delivered the next day to Sydney. My faith in couriers has been restored. For quality service I would definitely recommend them.

I left me camera and lenses interstate when I had a weekend work trip so I was freaking out. I discovered the missing camera Tuesday morning and started internet searching with the most expensive quote I get to courier it to me being $475, and it arrived to me Thursday afternoon.

I found Pack and Send Eltham and they shipped my item for $70 and it arrivedto me Wednesday lunch time.
