Best in all of Melbourne. I have used Coburg Pack and Send maybe 100 times. They have overseen Bris to Sydney, Sydney to Melb, Bris to Melb and vice versa, HEAPS across Melbourne. And believe me, I have been quite pushy at times. ALWAYS outstanding service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Amazing service! Derek at Coburg Pack and Send is so helpful, he made everything so easy from the moment I called. I sent carry-on luggage from Coburg, VIC to Palm Beach, QLD. Payment over the phone and it arrived within 2 days! Super speedy and friendly service!

We use these guys regularly and have never once had a problem, prompt arrival times and good service. Way better than any other big courier company.

The worst customer service. If you can get to Rowville Pack n Send, well worth the trip. The staff at Coburg could not be less interested in helping. If I could give them 0 or -ve score I would. Sorry but I feel I need to warn others. I pleaded with them to provide customs the correct information with my international freight. They ignored my request. When I finally reached customs myself and gave them the information, my parcel was released without delay. I still missed the occasion, which was very stressful for all concerned. Never again Pack n Send COBURG. Lift your game.

Just got off the phone with Derek who took the time to explain how international postage works. He took his time with me and was very informative, even to the point of suggesting a cheaper option (online) because it was better for me.

Their service is alway courteous prompt and professional. I send parcel regularly to family in Indonesia where the customs paperwork is never ending. By using Pack and Send Coburg I don’t have the headache of having to deal with this as they do it all for me and at a price comparable if not cheaper than Australia Post.

I have been most impressed with the service these guys provide. Organised to send a canvas painting from Melbourne to Sydney last week. The driver picked the parcel up on Tuesday arvo, then it got checked in at the store in Coburg by the team (Derek). Next day it was on its way to Sydney and my very happy client called me on Thursday that he has received the parcel. It was the fastest I've ever experienced, professional and without any trouble. Will be happy to use Pack & Send again in the future.

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. I called for a quote to package and deliver a painting within Victoria. The conversation was cold, unfriendly and completely capital-driven, not at all about providing a service to locals within the community. The conversation between a worker and I (I didn’t catch his name) made me feel very uncomfortable. The first response I was given after explaining the service I was looking for was “I wish you’d have said interstate” to then hearing “it mustn’t be worth much”. I couldn’t have been more appalled at the way this sad man engage with a potential paying customer. I wouldn’t suggest their service to anyone and I definitely wouldn’t pay a company with staff that don’t know the basics of engagement within the customer service industry. It was a laughable exchange and not worth anyone’s time, unless you feel like being disrespected for wanting to ship an item.

Great company pricey but they do what they offer they got my items and pack them and shipped them to me from a different state with no issues life savers pricey though

Had a large item I needed packaged and sent. Was told the box/packaging would cost $70+ and then around $100 to send. Was told won’t find any cheaper elsewhere.
Walked out and found a box in a recycling bin for free, then had a courier collect the item from my house delivered express for $70 total.

I can't speak highly enough of Derek, who has now helped me with two urgent and expensive medical deliveries. Derek went above and beyond to ensure my recent interstate delivery made it on time in perfect condition. Thanks Derek!

Tried to speak with Derek and asked for the update packing after a few days without news of the bike was dropped by somebody that I purchased through an ebay, but he was shouting at me over the phone with unhappy voice and sounds. I was shocked as I am the customer treated like a debt collectors.in-fact I am paying money for the service. To be honest this shop is not being recommended, terrible customer service and very arrogant.
