Spoke with Peter about 6 times before I sent my items, as I had to get multiple quotes to determine what items I will be sending overseas as I was moving. Peter was kind enough to let me know what documents I will need, and also what details customs will need in the country I was moving to. He also repacked some of my items as he believed the packaging was not strong enough. My items arrived a bit later than the expected date due to customs in the country I was in. Once I received my items, I noticed one of my expensive monitors were damaged. I e-mailed Peter, and received a reply no later than the same day advising me that he has sent me the amount of the original purchase price of the monitor, which was $550. He made this entire process seamless and easy, and I couldn't be more thankful. Thanks once again Peter for all of your help and support!

Totally disappointed with your service. I sent some of my girlfriend’s personal items back to Greece and I have just been charged by the customs 407 AUD only because I followed your advice and put a 460 AUD value on the declaration. Yes, I had to pay 407 AUD TO GET MY OWN STUFF. This on top of 130 AUD DHL fee. Customs said that if I had put 0 AUD value I would have paid zero - yes, also zero for your professionalism.

One of the best Service Experiences of the year! I was in Melbourne for a charity event and purchased some art pieces, all fragile, large and small. No idea how to get them back to Sydney in one piece. Called Peter and he was on it! Picked up the next morning, perfectly packed, great price and everything arrived in Sydney less than a week later in mint condition. Heaps of updates and communication along the way. If only every other business was like these guys. The best!

I have used Pack and Send Caulfield before to send stuff to Malaysia. I recently sent some packages to Madrid and had some major headaches with their delivery but Peter went out of his way to help me get a great outcome with their safe arrival. I got great service and am very grateful.

Amazing service from Peter at pack & send Caulfield. I couldn’t count the amount of times I’ve felt let down by courier services but thankfully I’ve found pack & send who are the polar opposite of past negative experiences. Peter helped packing and sending of a very large artwork for me and got the tracking code over to me within 24 hours.

I was extremely satisfied with the service. I was given a quote on the phone which was cheaper than one I had from another company. The manager was pleasant and efficient. Even though I was given a tracking number, he still notified me when my package arrived at its destination overseas. Would definitely use them again.
