Sent my wedding dress from Bendigo to the USA. ETA was 15 days but it arrived in just under 6! Daniel was very helpful and wanted to make sure I kept my costs as low as possible, whilst still keeping my dress in good condition. Thank you for an easy and stress-free experience!

After a huge issue with TNT (lost in post) we decided to use pack and send Bendigo to re-organise a new shipment of custom stone from Swan Hill VIC to Sydney NSW. The process was so smooth and we actually received the stone the following day! No damage, perfectly received. Shane was really great, knowledgeable and friendly as well. Great experience!

Daniel and team went out of their way to help me in my parcel delivery from regional Victoria to Sydney NSW. They assisted me right from getting my parcel packed from the vendor's premises, to insuring it, and finally delivering it to me within a very short timeframe. I am very happy with the personalized services I received from Daniel, as we needed to get in touch with each other few times to ensure everything was going smoothly as planned. Highly recommended!

Had to get some medications to my partner who was stuck in Adelaide, super quickly. Aus post couldn't guarantee that they would get there on time, so I called in to Pack and Send Bendigo.
Shane was brilliant. Organised for me to get hem sent and provided really good advice, to ensure that they were received as quickly as possible.
He also followed up with both myself and my partner in Adelaide to let us know that they were in transit, and when we should expect them.
I really couldn't be any happier with the service and professionalism shown by Shane. Especially during a crazy busy time of the year, leading up to Christmas.

Very friendly and very helpful. Helped by trying to cut cost and give a follow-up phone call to see how I went making sure the place got there boxes. Fast with sending through emails with tracking number. Definitely would recommend these guys

What a joke! ……. $240 to send 2.4 kg to Perth…. The guy said he could do better $167.
I could get a plane ticket and deliver it myself.
No thank you…. Seriously, that is ridiculous!

Daniel at Pack and Send Bendigo was awesome to deal with. We couldn't find anyone that would ship our art pieces to small towns across Victoria. We thought we would have to cancel the exhibition but Daniel came to our rescue and saved the exhibition.and he delivered the items a day earlier than my deadline! Amazing service. Friendly, professional and I didn't have to worry about a thing once I got in contact with him.
Everything arrived safe and sound.

"Top Company That Delivers The Goods" in every aspect. I needed to have some slip-on mufflers picked up from Swan Hill and delivered to Bridgewater South Australia. I spent a frustrating hour trying to organise pick-up and delivery from other organisations. By accident I came across the website for Pack & Send (Bendigo) and in no time I was quoted a price and a potential pick up time - this was arranged and I am pleased to say that the goods arrived in good condition and earlier than I had anticipated for far less than other quotes. There are lessons to be learnt by other carriers as to how to do business. Excellent communication and follow up.
