Excellent customer service my shop is kmart shorts n under garment n today got bag from strand bags about 30-50%

This is place where everyone will enjoy. Kids live it adults love and you can spend hours

Had a good time. Lots of stores and clean space, but overall, it's a nice place for shopping with family and friends.

Huge shopping complex on the southwest of Melbourne city, probably the biggest in the southwestern side of Melbourne. Variety of shops from grocery to fashion.

Emailed customer service a week ago and no reply. Going in the food court entrance no signs to identify where a help desk is. Mall looks nice though

Lots of shops and options, Pacific Werribee is one of the biggest mall in Melbourne West. We always have good time here.

I always enjoy going to Pacific Werribee shopping centre. There are a huge variety of shops including Myers. There are also a lot of cafes to enjoy in between shopping.

Good size shopping centre with everything you need. A bit confusing to get around at first, till you get used to the layout.

Ample parking.

Beautiful mall and here everything available to get easily for our needs.
I love werribee plaza.

Nice sized Shopping Centre, only downside is the lack of parking and lack of COVID precautions.

First visit just for using the restroom. Turned out spending more time inside this massive shopping centre. It has enough shops to satisfy variety of our needs. It has Kmart and BigW also it has groceries shops and small one. Enough toilet here and there as well as the food courts. Also ended up using buggy jumping for kids with fee. The centre is modernly design and net.
Very recommended shopping centre for those who live near werribee.

Parking is shocking most of the time, however once you spend 30 minutes trying to find a parking space, the plaza has so many places and is very clean. Just needs larger signs showing where stores can be located.

My overall experience with Werribee Plaza was good its kept clean and i was there during Christmas shopping so good effort on that.
I like the layout of the plaza i was able to see everything as i strolled around the shops.
It is worth the drive out of Melbourne as it does have a few different stores to most centres. And for dining there is a vast array of places to eat in or take away.

Great centre, serves west pretty well. Still needs some basic stores, but otherwise it's a nice alternative to Highpoint.

It is a nice looking shopping centre but I am not a keen shopper so I am probably the wrong person to do this rating. Everything on the one level is good for finding your way around but it also means you have a long walk from one end to the other.

Decent sized shopping centre of the West. Parking is ample but busy during peak periods. Many shops and food outlets. Some people are fairly rowdy and smelly. A number of cars in a the carpark are damaged and some unregistered. Visit with caution lol.

We love going to Werribee Pacific it has everything you need in a shopping centre. Recommend dumpling chef if you want a quick bite to eat we keep going back for the steam pork dumplings and Singapore noodles delicious.

Love this place great shops and also my fav place is the food court. Definitely should go shop there

It's a mall. Overcrowded. People seem to spend way too much time here. Obviously they have nothing better to do.

Good food, lots of shops like Kmart, Coles and ALDI. If you live nearby go here for ALL your shopping needs.

Great shopping centre in the west. A little thing for everyone. Food court has a good variety of food and a one stop shopping destination. Very busy during holidays so make sure you budget plenty of time to find a carpark.
