My brother purchased some items yesterday, the young lady who served him at the register threw his change at him. The change fell on the ground and she didn't even attempt to apologise or help him pick up the change. Poor customer service once again from this store.

As a regular customer for a few years, poor customer service is just frustrating. Wouldn’t come in again.

One of my favourite local Asian grocers with competitive prices and a truly impressive range of items. I was surprised that I could find snacks and foods from my childhood here where I've never seen anywhere else! They seem to have limited batches of imported goods so if you see something you like, grab it or it might never return. Always well stocked with essential grocery items like condiments and dry goods. Lucky to have this in the neighbourhood.

訂貨訂了上面顯示的時間都是假的，等了兩天都還沒送到，無法按時送達就算了，連一通電話都沒有通知，客服說話都是隨便打發你說會送到，結果還是沒送來，真的會氣死人。
The time shown on the order is fake. It hasn’t been delivered after waiting for two days. Even if it can’t be delivered on time, there’s no notification even for a phone call. The customer service will send you casually and say it will be delivered, but the result is still If it is not delivered, it will be really maddening.

Wrong price with the price tag, short changed, dishonest shop.
Every one should check the price before pay, and carefully check the change after pay.

Great selection of food and drinks from a variety of Asian countries. Friendly staff and organised store.

Quite disappointed with the whole minimum $10 visa payment at store. It's covid-19 period and they still insist on this term. Cares more about not payment merchant fees than customers' safety.

Really friendly service. Great prices on some overseas sweets and chips (spicy onion rings are great).

Plenty of different stock available, it's a shame they have a card minimum when paying, store is clean and lots of asian snacks available. There is Shabu meat (beef and lamb) for hot pot and bbq
