Pace of Blackburn

I have edited this 1 year post settlement as important for future buyers to be aware *** i originally gave 5 stars to the service we received at presale point with the salesperson but unfortunately what was said and “promised” did not all eventuate. A warning to all future buyers that you don't always get what they say at the display home sale meeting. I now give Pace only 3 stars as the workmanship of the newly built apartments is poor and the after sale customer care is poor unless you are persistent and try develope a good relationship with the repair/maintenance head honcho but then that fades too as they had so many complaints to deal with. Pace change the pole posts to suit their pocket. Not overly impressed with them sadly, this was our first purchase and never again.

We were looking for an investment apartment that was in a good location but did not cost the earth. We looked at a few but the finishes were much to be desired and prices too high for what they were offering, not to mention that the agents were too pushy, that is UNTIL we met Carl from Pace of Blackburn.
Carl was very professional, extremely knowledgeable of his project, patient and attentive. He was a pleasure to deal with and a true gentleman. A rare find in a sales agent!
The display suite showcased high quality finishes and the visuals of the project gave me the feeling that Pace of Blackburn will have an upmarket modern European vibe to it.
The location is just perfect for all ages. Cannot wait for completion and see The Pace come to reality. Carl did his part extremely well, lets hope that the rest of the team perform as well as he did.

I had a bad experience trying to purchase a property after responding to an ad from the developer but turns out the property was actually being sold as a private sale by their director who is trying to off-sell the property after purchasing internally. The whole process was very misleading and was a waste of time.

Their lawyer who refunded the deposit that was held for almost 2 months decided to transfer it as a telegraphic transfer which lead it to being recognised as an overseas transaction leaving me with additional fees out of pocket.

Simply sublime! Fantastic people, excellent services and fabulous Residents in stunning architectural design which is extremely impressive in every aspect!

Since the time of signing the contract in mid June 2021, PoB have demonstrated high degree of professionalism in the project so far. Attention to satisfying customer needs were also evident beyond expectation at every level. Highly satisfying.

I have been tracking the POB development progress month by month. By the end of March, it was delightful to see the blocks D & C getting close to the finishing stage and the exposure to the entry into the underground parking with the construction of blocks B & A rapidly gaining momentum. The magnificence of the whole project is already starting to stand out.

I chose Pace Of Blackburn because of its superior location and convenient transportation. Compared with other apartments, the design and size of the rooms are more reasonable. Thank you Carl for providing us with very patient and thoughtful service. I hope everything goes smoothly and the work can be completed within expectations.

Carl Hexter from Pace is a professional of the upmost caliber. He was extremely patient, kind and informative. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend his services.

I was very nervous potentially buying a property. I went to the Pace Showroom and met Carl, he was very knowledgeable and had answers for all my questions, whether I was asking silly little questions but important to me, he never made me feel like i was asking silly things. He answered me on Sunday mornings and late Saturday evening, anytime.

Michael is a thorough professional. He explained all details of the contract,
answered all the questions. We are happy with the decision for the first home and grateful to Michael to make that happen. The location is close to station, gyms, library.

Construction is currently due to start in August 2020 and 40% sold as of the end of August 2019.
The site is a short 19 min walk from Blackburn Lake Sanctuary.

Such a big decision to downsize from 2 acres in The Dandenongs however my past few weeks discussing with Michael Zhang from PACE I felt under no pressure whatsoever. Michael was so very informative throughout and readily available for 1: 1 meetings whenever requested. I personally feel very much at peace with my eventual decision to proceed and again sincerely thank Michael for his professional and friendly support.

I was pleasantly surprised with the generous size of the apartments with extra storage cupboards and fabulous kitchen layouts. I had been looking for a long time at other projects but was disappointed with the offerings until I found Pace of Blackburn. Michael is honest and professional, providing all the information I needed to make a decision. POB will be an easy walk to Blackburn Station. I love the location and I am excited to see it grow.
