I’ve gotten takeout from here a few times now and the staff are always friendly and the food is consistently tasty and fairly sized portions. Will keep coming back

More of a take away place, but we ate in before a movie as we knew it would be quick. Not fancy, but the food is tasty and great value. A solid local Thai place.

Ordered many times, it’s own website order system is useful. But they busy all the time, u have to wait for a while due to lack of staff.

Delicious massamun curry on rice with beef. The curry was sweet and full of flavor but the beef was quite tough.

Although serving time was more than expected 40 mins

There was no cleanliness on the table as probably they don’t have enough staff to look after.

Recently ordered twice pickup there, once waited 40mins and went there be told to wait for 20 more minutes, once waited 40 mins and said ready to pick up however being told to wait 15 more minutes, cooks there aren’t paying attention to takeaway orders and not professional at all. It’s totally waste of time and after reopened the beef became terrible, tastes hard as stone. It used to be good but somehow everything is terrible now.

I think peoples takeaway experiences are better than dining in. We paid $30 per person (roughly) and were a group of six. Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food, it was somehow cold by the time it came out (me all preferred the beef and some had more beef than others on their plate and that wasn’t a good look), the portions were small. I would probably skip to be honest, there were much better places open a few minutes up the road.

I wouldn’t even give one star if I can. Went there on Monday night and waited 1 hour and 20 mins for a stir fry noodle. People who ordered before me also been waiting ages for their food. The restaurant was not even busy at all.
I would never go back and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

If you're thinking about what to eat or wanting to go somewhere to eat, Go no further then OZZYTHAI, Delicious Authentic Food, Great Staff And Owners are always a laugh. Highly Recommend!

The food here is excellent. I usually order the same types of Thai dishes every time I eat Thai food but the menu here is huge. So I was encouraged to try something different. I was so happy that I did. Strangely the place was deserted, only me and my friend were eating here. I will definitely go back here often though as the food is superb. A really special find! I have to edit this later after I go back and take some photos.

Was looking forward to going back here after it reopened as it used to be great, turned up 25 mins after ordering to get my pickup and they hadn't started it yet, fair enough on a Friday night. I sat and waited, and waited. 1 hour later I went up to ask for a refund and it was sat on the side, cold. I asked the guy why he hadn't given it to me and no apology, got it home and the beef is burnt as, worst tasting takeaway I've ever had. Do yourself a favour and go to the st kilda branch, the owner is super friendly and they know how to cook.

Really bad customer service. Was informed to wait for 30 minutes, waited for 45 minutes outside hungry, but people who came after me was served before my order. Even after 45 minutes my order was not even started. If you are hungry and wanted to get some Thai food, do not bother wasting your time with this restaurant. I wasted money and an hour of my life!

I can’t tell you how delicious the food is here, I ordered two entrees, a main and the banana fritters for dessert and it was only $38!

The staff were also super friendly, I 100% will be back now I live across the road.

They also have lunch specials that you wouldn’t want to miss, can’t wait to bring mates here and make it a regular!

The BEST Thai restaurant. Some say it's a problem how often I get takeaway from here but it's not bc it's delicious and do yourself a favour and order a sneaky veg pad thai from this mecca of flavour.

Perfect portions, delicious food, amazing staff. Big portions and cozy to sit at. Convenient location too close to public transport trains and tram. Lovely thai food.
