I, (Shelley, not Robert) have been going to Ozzie nails for years now. The ladies are so friendly, very entertaining & professional. I get mani & pedi, eyebrow wax & tint & have never been unhappy. I know exactly what it is going to cost me & have never been over charged. If I break a nail within a day or 2 they happily fix without charge. Unlike Antoinette, if I went back after a week with a broken nail I would not only expect to be charged, I’d be happy to pay. These girls work long hours, 7 days a week & negative reviews like Antoinette’s only reflect badly on her, not on Ozzie Nails. Keep up the good work girls, you are appreciated!

Highly recommend! I have been to this nail tech for the last 2 years. My nails always last over a month. Lena has always done a excellent job and great customer service

After three years with Ozzie nails. I bid you goodbye. The service you have provided me the last two times has been terrible.
You did not listen to my very simple instructions and very rudely spoke loudly in your native language.
May be a good idea if you stop chatting amongst yourselves and concentrate on doing your job with care and attention.
I do not recommend Ozzie nails any more.

Lena, Hannah and the rest of the team at Ozzie Nails are THE best. I have been going to them for 7 years. Let that say enough! No need or desire to ever trust anyone else with my nails- this salon and these ladies are the best. Never do my nails break, chip, or lift. Absolutely beautiful nails and top quality each and every time. Plus- going to this salon will always leave you having a laugh and building a true friendship with your nail artists! The BEST in the business. A must try- you won't regret it!
