Ozzie Kebabs

The ingredients are fresh and the quality is top notch. The taste and service is five star. I would recommend this place over any kebab shop within 5 km.

Falafels and chicken kebab sandwiches are absolutely delicious. However, the beef kebab has an unusual odor and is not something I would recommend. I will definitely return for the falafels and chicken kebab sandwiches.

Always the best kebabs in town, when I say this iv tried almost every kebab place since last few years and nothing had beaten them!

For $21.23 for a combo meal, I expected a lot more than I got

1x small kebab, very little filling.
1x moderate amount of chips with WAY too much salt.
1x 375ml can of soft drink.

Not worth more than $14 in my opinion.

Food is great but unfortunately I will not be returning to a venue that does not advertise there is a surcharge for card transactions. It feels a little unethical from my point of view.

First off. Way too expensive.

Second, why do you continue to create the HSP on the wrong lid of the container?

I’ll tell you - because it is thinner. They don’t add as much chips or meat anymore, cutting costs down but increasing prices.

Dodgey as, and a horrible business practice that is going around with these kebab shops.

Use the right side of the container and fix the prices up before you embarrass yourselves any further.

Revisited the place today, HSP is good but I found that the containers they use are bit thicker from bottom which makes it appear that the quantity is way too much. It’s not bad but I found 18$ is bit higher price for large HSP in suburban areas and they also charge 20 cents extra for card payments.

I don't know what they do to the Kebab. I keep coming and asking for more.

Ordered chicken HSP with cheese. Chips were cold, so the cheese didn't really melt, which was disappointing. I did visit outside of normal hours, so maybe that was why, but still, chips need to be warm to melt the cheese. Meat and sauces were just fine, and portion was reasonably generous.

Bought mega size HSP (over $25), it was served on the lid of the container (like half the size of the bottom part of the box) to make it appear plentiful.

Have been trying all kinds of 4 star 5 star kabab shops closer to home for years. Some were okay and some turn out to be a complete and utter disappointment. Ozzie is the one and only kabab place where food quality is consistently awesome every single time. It takes us almost half an hour to get to Ozzie but you know what? It is damn worth the time and effort for a meal that we know will be bloody delicious.

Ordered pick up from door dash, which says to skip the line and show them your order when it's ready. So I did, and was completely ignored. I said 'Hi, I'm picking up an order for Olivia. ' to a woman who looked at me and continued to ignore my presence. While I'm staring at my ready kebab.
5 Minutes later I ask again and rudely she tells me to wait in line. Sure, a "Sorry please go to that line. " Or a "Please wait a moment" I completely understand, but (just clocking off from my waitress job) the way in which this person regarded my presence completely shocked me. My kebab had olives (which I didn't ask for) and was soggy in the end.
Disappointed because they have great chips and their kebabs are usually really good.

A rude and Ill mannered staff member smoking next to us while we were eating food.

We have been there last night, eating food just next to the cart. One of the staff member a rude guy came and asked “why did you sit here” (he was very rude). We told him we have we asked one of the staff member and she said you can eat there that’s why we are siting here. Then he just sat next to us and started smoking while we were having food and intentionally passing the smokes to our side. He was been very rude and ill mannered. Very Unprofessional that guy doesn’t know what customer service is. We told him you could ask us as a curtsey. He was so rude, he said you shouldn’t sit here. Since you sit here I will smoke here because it’s for us only. We did ask a staff member and she said yes we can sit there that’s why we sat there. Lack of communication between staff members, poor knowledge of customer service, very rude, Unprofessional, ill mannered staff. Definitely for this kind of staff member restaurants and shops are getting bad reviews and loosing customers.

Good food and fast service. My favourite is mix hsp with cheese and garlic chilli and bbq sauce. 6-7 Parking slots available most of the time.

Just ate here, ordered a kebab meal if you want to call it that it was falling apart and the meat was cold i had to eat half of it with a fork. I was the only customer in the store and he forgot my chips. My mate also had the same issue but had a bit of plastic in. Go anywhere else. This place is a health risk.

Arguably the best place to get a HSP on the Northside of Melbourne. Friendly staff, always good music playing. Generous serving sizes and delicious as always!

Customer service was quite rude. Serving size has become much smaller for the amount paid. I remember when a large HSP here was really big and cost 12 dollars. Workers also not practicing covid safe environment, no masks.

Food was very good but I don’t know why the girl at front showing attitude. Someone needs to remind her that she was at work.

Very nice, love their chips and they're cooked enough to still have some crisp while under the meat in a hsp. Much better than the servo kebabs next door.
