Our online order took 3 weeks. How does it take 8 working days to pick an order (thanks for friendly email notifications) then another week to pack and send. Frustrating, especially since we are only a half hour away from store. If I'd known, would have collected in person. Keep up the great customer service but you may need more staff or new operations management
