This was my third or fourth purchase from ozmobiles, easy checkout, phone is excellent as advertised and got it within a few days.

Really ‘good as new’ phone at a fabulous price that arrived quickly. What’s not to love! AND it’s environmentally sound to buy refurbished phones (which contain heaps of precious metals). Will use this company again:)

Great Samsung S21 Ultra for a good price.

OzMobiles has several quality grades, of which "very good" is ranked lowest. My S21 Ultra 5G was rated as such, but exceeded my expectations. Some slight scratches on the frame, and some barely visible scratches on the screen. Battery health really good at 86% remaining from design capacity (as measured by AccuBattery app). The device is fully functional with all sensors ok. At the price I paid for it, this 3 year old (2021 vintage) Samsung flagship is very good value.

Off brand screens and batteries installed in a phone that is supposed to be as good as new.screen completely scratched after two weeks use when iPhone has non scratch screens. The phone that I had for 3 years has less scratches than the one I have now. Not functioning properly, ozmobiles is now refusing to give me a refund. I will take this further but in the meantime recommend not to buy from here!

EDIT:
The phone is 'heavily damaged' because bad quality screens are being used that are not up to standard for an Iphone. I had explained to reebelo that I could not send the phone back earlier because I needed it for work. The battery health has gone down significantly as well. -The audacity to send me a device in that condition and then have this response is unmatched!

Sent the device back without its original packaging that I had sent it back in! Do not trust this company!

Can’t fault them. Quick and easy responses, great prices and easy to communicate with. Won’t look anywhere else for a new phone.

This is my first time to place an order with them. Customer Service is responsive and helpful. Still waiting for the item I ordered. Will test the product and will leave another review.

2 Main things I like about OzMobiles is reusing unwanted tech while having assurance that the device is tested and warranted.
This is my second purchase from them; when I wanted to update I went straight to the easily navigated website and what I needed was there.
Fast dispatch, environmentally friendly packaging and a smooth transaction.

I have used Ozmobiles on several occasions for myself and other members of my family, most recently my child for their first mobile phone.
The online store was easy to navigate- either browsing or if I had something particular in mind. I found there is always a wide range of options (price and product) to suit my needs.
Each product I have ordered was dispatched and received quickly, with constant communication from the Ozmobiles team.
Each phone I have ordered has been received as was described and I have not had any issues with any purchase which is why I keep going back

Recommend OzMobiles, first phone had an obvious crack, probably due to aust post sending it all over the state for a few days, the guys gave us a credit plus $30 to spend on a second one which we happily did. Second phone was ex demo and great so far.
