Took 6 emails and 2 phone calls to receive an accurate invoice - they sent me three wrong invoices; I'm not sure how you stuff that up so badly.
The item sent was advertised as micro-USB connection (no cable included, as advertised), but turned up with USB-C connection. I had a micro-USB cable ready to go, so have to buy a USB-C cable now. Absurd amount of errors.
