OZ Tenpin Narre Warren Superbowl

It's so expensive! $48 for two people and two games games. Didn't try the food but the food is always the same at these kinds of place. If it was $50 for two people and 2 games with a free serve of chips and a drink I would be back but it's just a money milking place.

Chips and a bottle of water would maybe cost you $3 dollars to make. Customers wouldn't feel like they are being ripped off either.

There is no hand sanitiser anywhere either. Rules are being relaxed I know but surely moving forward in life we can all agree that a place where we share everything could be cleaner to help everyone stay healthy.

Roc social in Knox is amazing. They have mini ten pin bowling for $5 per person you can have 3 games between two people, chips and a beer for the price of two games at this place with nothing else include.

Village cinema is also above rocs social at knox its a win win better value for money and so much more to do.

Oz tenpin could be great but it's really poor currently

Took my nephew for after school activity. We both loved it. Great fun friendly staff highly recommend we will back again

Had a great time but wife tripped as it was difficult to see the ledge. Ledge is between the place where you collect the "balls" and the lane. Lucky I was able to break her fall otherwise she would have been much more injured. Suggest yellow/black strip or brighter lingthiing so that others don't trip in the same place.

Kids love it. It's big and airy and has a selection of food and drinks. Plrntu of seats if you're not bowling

Had a really great time. Food a little pricey for the serving size and the oil the chips were cooked in could do with a change but overall good fun. Would go back.

Just need to have more staff on the food section, and more staff for the shoe area and at the counter they would of known they had a function on that night as it would of been booked in advance, but I don't feel they were prepared as there more staff in the counter area for people coming in. Then the shoe area and the line was right to the entrance of the door.there were just no organisation for that night. Also not enough tables to cater for young kids who came there for a basketball function we had to wait for the numbers of kids to finish eat before they could get a table to sit down and eat.

Bowling was fun at always however business was understaffed during peak period causing queues upon entry and wait time of one hour for hot food.

Annual tradition. Kids love it. Grown ups love it. Plenty of parking. Can get busy but hey it’s meant to right? This place seems to always update the experience. We all love it.

We booked and when we got there they had no lanes and said wed have to wait like 2 hours.this place is a mothertrucking mess

Am not recommend this Center anyone because the staff were so rude and the service so bad and very slow for this is last time I will be there

I’ve been here a few times and have had mostly positive experiences but the past few times I’ve been, the staff have been very rude. I wore my mask inside as I wasn’t super comfortable with taking it off and they constantly asked me to remove my mask.

Bowling side of the operation is great. Coffee has no coffee flavouring (tastes like hot milk). Bring cash if you want to use the game machines as their in house atm charges $ and you can't get change over the counter with eft card.

Good place to take the kids to, on the expensive side of things, but good as a treat or special occasion

Great Family friendly Atmosphere. A lot of the Bowling Balls were chipped but apart from that, this is a great place to have fun with family and friends.

We went yesterday for my son’s birthday with 10 of his friends. It was so much fun. Hellen was incredible. She really looked after us. Staff was really nice and helpful. We will definitely visit again. Due to bad reviews I was worried. But we had great time.

Nice enough place, don't think bowling has been trendy since the 80s and I reck9n this was the last time they had a reno, but all was clean and we'll maintained.

Great service and plenty of amusement machines for the kids and adults. Great for a fun night. Make sure you book your lanes. Have fun.

From the moment I got there before stepping in I noticed the venue was outdated from the carpark. Once stepping inside, the place looked like it had never been renevated since it first opened. The food looks unappealing and the arcade games offered were stuck in the 90's. My biggest complaint is for such an outdated, uninspiring worn out venue how can you charge premium prices?
I recently visitied Zone Bowling in Clayton and wow that place had it all. More on offer, at the same price as OZ Tenpin. Zone Bowling in Clayton has an amazing Time Zone with a HUGE selection of games and a cool retro feel when bowling. Better and fresher food selection too.

Manager/owner is extremely rude. Place is old in comparrison to its rivals.some games equipment doesn't operate correctly. Basketball game just flashes lights I mean you do get free games but when advised management nothing was done. Eftpos incurs a surcharge to pay for games but they refuse card for aby beverage or food purchases so make sure you have your cash.
One of the balls had grime or some kind of chocolate inside one of the holes.make sure you check them as it is not the most clean place but then again they do have kids parties. But please clean your equipment.
As a result for the game play could be a little more updated. The sensors don't work efficiently as gutter balls aren't detected 2 times in 10 but does deter from gameplay when one person gets to have a 2nd chance.
Still had a great night even considering the manager/owner starring at us during the entire of the second game due to us laughing a little to much. As if they assume because it's a Friday night we must be drunk.
Would recommend the extra 5-10 min drive to bowlland in cranbourne or longer to strike or AMF to ensure you have food and drinks all night with eftpos accepted.
