Bowling was fun and easy to book in,
But when it comes to the food such a big let down, 45mins later it comes out, all we ordered was hot dog with chips and chicken nuggets & chips and it wasn’t busy.

Very nice venue, not expensive by any means with friendly staff and plenty of fun to be had! There are many arcade games and alcoholic beverages which is always a nice treat and makes it more compelling for me to come back with my friends.

The centre is great with access to games, as well as bowling. I organised an event for 43 children and the kids loved their experience. They definitely need to work on their communication with each other. The list they asked me to formulate wasn't used, despite me calling the morning after sending to ensure it was received - the counter staff said they knew nothing about it and didn't want it when we tried to give it to them. I also spoke to 3 different people (prior) about families wanting to purchase food directly on the night, which was apparently not an issue but on the night it was a big issue! They were understaffed and unable to keep up. Long waits and needed to stop taking orders.

There's never any soap in the bathrooms, very poor for a place filled with kids where everyone is touching everything. There's some weird "do you know these kids" posters with their mugshots on the window that seem like they'd be illegal

Highly recommended, if you're looking for a place that has everything to do for kids, or teens in the evening. Bowling, mini golf, arcade, pizza and the most brilliant staff I've encountered in a long time. Excellent stuff.

Was a great night with a large group to entertain young and old. Anyone really can bowl. There was mini golf and a Games Palour for more entertainment. Going back!

Our car battery died in the parking lot, a gentleman who works at Oz Tenpin helped us re-charged our battery. I am writing this review to thank him for his kindness and definitely would love to visit oz tenpin soon!

If you feel like waiting 30 mins for food on a quiet day, then by all means, knock yourself out.

Very nice place and a central Bundoora location. Has a great variety of facilities and great lanes for all levels of bowlers. Arcade and cafe are a nice addition to the lanes.

Went here with the kids for a couple of games. Very happy with the service. My bowling game was a little off though. Lucky for the kids they have the automatic bumper option to stop those gutter balls. The party style lighting also took some getting used to.

Had fun here but not really worth the money playing the games the staff can be rude sometimes to

Bright lights and loud and the girl on reception was 9n top of everything in this hyper busy space. Unfortunately our lane had technical issues so she partially refunded us for the inconvenience. We will be back, the kids loved it- so did l

We had a great time and the lady at the front counter was so incredibly nice, however the young lady at the food counter, when I told her our table was still covered in plates from the previous customers, suggested we clear the tables ourselves and bring it to her to "save her the trip" and was very rude about the whole encounter. Pretty disappointing considering the rest of the staff seemed very nice and accommodating.

Aisha is an absolute sweetheart. She was so efficient in everything, coffee, drinks, cooking.very impressed

This place is worth a visit if you like low key.
Great food great service and a little arcade, pool table and of course bowling.
My son and I really enjoyed this place and are regulars.

It's a bit run down, and our lane had the balls stuck 6 times which required assistance from the staff. The staff were very friendly and we had a good time.

Chips were undercooked, staff didn't really know what they were doing, there was only like 5 bowling bowls to pick through, most of them the same size, the shoes were bad, and bad location.

Very good to go and and have one or two games of bowling with friends and family at and try and beat one of your family members or your friends have a go it's so much fun to and have fun with you can enjoy a game or 2 on your birthday because you can book to a lane and have a birthday party for your birthday and bowl as well

Great venue and staff. We ran a youth group event here and it was a fantastic night. Huge shout out to the catering staff Aisha and Tiana who provided brilliant service and were great with the young people too.will definitely book here again.

My son had a birthday party here & the service in the party area was quite poor. They ran out of chips so the children barely got any, offered no alternative. We were meant to receive 3 bowls for 15 kids but barely got 1. Didn't bring them drinks for 20 minutes. Had to chase down the cake we'd bought along (when my husband asked for it the lady told him we hadn't bought a cake along, It was sitting behind the counter), no knife, napkins, lighter for candles offered (also had to chase these down). It was all very disorganised & the kitchen/ cafe staff clearly didn't want to be there. Perhaps don't offer children's party if you can't fulfil what is advertised. I would've preferred to have done the bowling & then self catered.

On a positive note the gentleman that checked us in for the party was lovely & helpful despite the centre being quite busy. It's just unfortunate they were disorganised for everything else.
