Took a client here the other day for the first time. She is in a wheelchair so had to use the ramp to enter the building. The glass on the ramps were absolutely filthy and even the glass inside the building was not very clean either. Other than this the place was good. Friendly staff etc.

Didn't bowl, just dropped in for the young bloke to play a few video games and win a toy.

A few of the machines chewed coins and didn't work but one of the staff members was super helpful and gave us a few extra tokens.

The young bloke loves the place. That's enough for me

I am very disappointed in this place.we booked for a birthday party a month in advance even gave them a call 3 days before to confirm and when we got there, nothing was prepared.took someone else's birthday card on the table and put us there.felt like we had to be satisfied with the scraps.the kids had to wait 2hours to eat, so we had birthday cake first.drinks were an 1h wait.birthday girl didnt feel special at all. They were quick to want us to pay for the party but didnt deliver their side if the deal. For a first time booking i would never book here again. Please do not book your birthday party here.

Love this place we are regulars on a weekday but the last time I was there was a saturday and the man serving was beligerant and rude and I personally ended up in an altercation with him as he was so horrible. He was busy and under the pump and took it out on customers. Dismissive, telling people he is too busy to answer questions etc. The 2 ladies were lovely especially the younger taller one she looked after us when I refused to go to him again and even offered me a drink as I was so visibly upset by him. He tried to blame me for his own attitude as I was very upset, but she was aware of the situation.

Aside from that rude staff member, the others are great, the place is amazing and a credit to the owner.

Fun atmosphere, plenty of lanes, a small arcade to add to the fun, and the staff a very friendly.

It's always great fun at this place. The staff are friendly and have great customer service. The 2 games with free drink special is good value and only another $4 extra for additional games with this deal. There are plenty of lanes available and there is a good atmosphere.

The dark disco bowling area is perfect for teenagers.
Prices are amazing.

These guys are so easy to work with. Classic bowling, no frills, nothing fancy yet everything you need. They give good discounts to school groups.

Good service and area is clean and lanes are well looked after. So definitely coming back again.

As a guest on Sunday I have to say I was extremely disappointed in what we witnessed.

Lots of parties that seemed to be booked one on top of the other. It was total chaos for our children. But what upset me the most was witnessing young members of staff wondering around not knowing what was going on with one young male sitting behind the desk talking. In the Cafe there was a poor woman racing around constantly doing things and trying to chase up staff to do what they were supposed to be doing.like clearing tables and setting up for the next party. Then when she asked this boy why the table wasn't set up he rolled his eyes at her and gave her attitude. Then in the kitchen behind the serving desk there was a young girl who really had no idea what she was doing, leaving the woman to be chasing around after her as well, trying to show her how to make our coffees. There was absolutely no support for this poor woman, who after this chaos ended up in tears. Honestly this woman was so polite and friendly, very apologetic with food and drinks taking so long to come out. She really deserves full praise for all her efforts. Not to be left unsupported with way too many parties, some with a large number of guests and adults with big orders of platters and hot drinks. All this ON TOP of other bowlers ordering food and drinks.
Either need to have less parties at one time or get extra staff to help with all the food preparation.

I have sat on this for a few days wondering if I should write anything but I can't stop thinking about that poor lady run off her feet and her being upset because of things that were completely out of her control.
SHE WAS SET UP TO FAIL.

Staff were too busy amongst themselves to serve waiting customers. I was at the counter waiting for service while two employees stood there right in front of me watching a third take down a small Halloween decoration. I had to ask for service even though it was obvious I was standing there waiting. The next time I came to the counter (to report a malfunction, the pins were jammed and not resetting) another young guy was standing there chatting to a girl still taking down decorations. She told him twice there was a customer waiting yet he stood there still looking at her talking.
Even the guy who fixed the pins had attitude. The pins jammed again and I went back to the counter, but saw the guy, told him they had jammed again. He didn’t look me in the eyes, he just says “I just fixed it” and walks off. They all looked uninterested, the girl that served us at the start made me feel like I was wasting her time almost. Whoever owns the place, maybe consider getting someone with customer service experience to set an example. You shouldn’t let kids/ppl with no experience run the shop. Having pleasant even slightly cheerful employees there would make a world of difference.
I wasn’t rude to any employees btw, just bemused at their care free attitude. The bowling was fun, the arcades were fun but the staff were a letdown unfortunately. And to whoever says this is a bs review. I feel bad for you. I know you probably don’t get paid much but your customer service stinks.

Came down last night to celebrate a mates birthday and the atmosphere was pumping from the moment we walked in.
Staff behind the front counter were full on smiling and really added to the fun vibes.
Lady wearing the Xmas t-shirt and antlers that took our food order, was hilarious. Gave the best customer service I have had in years.
For someone who hasn't been bowling at this place before, will definitely be back with the kids over the holidays.
Highly recommend based on this experience.

This was our first time out bowling as a family and the kids really enjoyed it, we played 2 games they liked the challenge of getting the highest score. Then we played a few arcade games on the way out. Food was tasty and they had a big menu with lots of variety

I don't know what seperates a good from a bad bowling alley, maybe the arcade games? The Lanes themselves all seem the same. Good deal on a Friday for games and a free drink, will be back for that for sure

I love this place, just spent the last 2 and a half hours there. It is really fun and the staff are extremely nice. Really good food and the arcade is a must, great games and prizes to be won. My only criticism would be that a few games in the arcade were closed but besides that it was loads of fun. Great place for a date or a family/friend outing

Sunday 12 June 4: 30. Lane 13 constantly stopped working. 5 times in one game. On the 5th occasion the lady at the desk said she was over it and there were no other free lanes and she was 5 min past her shift end. Somehow it became my fault and I was the problem. $100 for 2 games and they refunded $28 and we hadn't even started the second game. How they can take people's money knowing that the lane wasn't working properly speaks volumes about their customer service and attitude to customers.

Great bowling place even if it's a bit darker and the music is louder for my liking. It helps that the 28 lanes are lighted and that the pins have fluoro stripes. It's a great place to bring friends and family for an indoor fun.

Staff are absolute legends, always good experience when me and the boys go for bowling and beers

We had my daughter's birthday party here, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Pricing is reasonable and the kids all had a great time.
