7 I had a Tvan booked for hire in late October 2020, due to government enforced travel restrictions (COVID 19 stage 4) I cancelled my booking in late September. They refused to refund my $200 deposit instead offering me a credit.
I found this totally unreasonable and would never recommend Oz Satellite Rentals.
Responsive, very helpful, great price, easy pickup and return. Very friendly and great products. Could not be happier.

I hired a Spot Tracker for a cycling event, unfortunately after operating fine for a couple hours it began randomly powering off. Luckily I was able to get a replacement from Audax event organisers mid event. The hired unit was not fit-for-purpose and post issue customer service has been pathetic. Not happy. Go elsewhere.
The Fridge was a lifesaver for us novice campers. David was so flexible and made picking up and dropping off easy. He arranged for us to pick it up early and didn't even charge! Amazing service!:)
Excellent outlet, they have for hire things we could never afford to buy. Have used them for satellite phones and personal beacons, and will be doing so again
Used on Gibb river road trip- invaluable as almost no mobile coverage. Easy to use. Highly recommended
