Excellent quality products delivered to your door for a very reasonable fee - very happy. Got pool fencing products and at least as good as anywhere but more convenient for sure.

Placed a online order.
Was told it would be delivered on Wednesday. Got a call at 11am saying they had no driver and they could definitely do it on Friday.
3.50 Friday afternoon still nothing, just called to hear " umm I courier didnt come.we can do it on Monday ".
If I didnt call they would of closed at 4pm without even calling me.
I really needed that fence for tomorrow. A phone call earlier would of been great.

This place is a joke.recently visited to ask for a quote on some panel fencing. The young consultant whilst pleasant had no understanding of what we wanted. He promised to send us quote within a couple of days. One week later we followed up to see how it was going only to be told “we have got a bit on at the moment and will get back to as soon as we can” This was a month ago and have the project supplied by a competitor

This place is a joke.
You wait ages for stuff to get picked. (I’ve never been there without waiting)
I even ordered my material over the phone prier to collection and still had to wait.
To top it off other customers can cue, leave the truck and go order. And I have to wait till they are done before I can go in.
Then still have to wait for my picking to be done!
And the place wasn’t even busy.
Horrible service. I wish I could go somewhere else.

Really good experience with the Oxworks team, the Customer service followed the order and the warehouse staff were very helpful getting me loaded.

WARNING ️ STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY…. This is one of the Most unprofessional and unreliable company.
I placed an order for sliding gate and decorative screens with them in September 2021 with them which they deliver after three months.
Evan after taking three months to prepare and deliver the order, they made a wrong gate.
Because I was already stuck with them, I paid $1400 extra to make another gate so I can finish my job.
The sales person replied after one and half month and told me that he forgot to place my order to their production line and it will take another month.
Finally I received the gate today which was again 200mm shorter them I ordered.
These people don’t know how to run a business and they also do not have any production line in Victoria. Each order you place with the goes to Queensland and they definitely make sure that your order is 100% incorrect.

I bought a small shed for a great price, however, there is no indication online of the delay between purchasing and recurrent the order. I assumed once paid you would pick up within a day or two, but it took 2 days to get a quote. It has been more than a week since I paid and no notice of picking up the shed yet. Pretty disappointing. So yeh, if you want a shed within a few weeks or even within a week, this is not the best place for it.

Ordered aluminium fencing and glass fencing from the guys at Dandenong store. Staff in the office are supper helpful and know their stuff, the boys out in the yard went above and beyond to look after us. Highly recommend this store to anyone.

Ordered alloy fencing through the guys down in Dandenong. Was awesome from start to finish. I even went back and order more as i was that happy with it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will use again for sure.

Great service, purchased spigots and glass fencing for pool area. Got delivery and was delivered in two days, received two panels that were damaged unfortunately. I contacted the guys at Oxworks and they organized to new replacement panes the next day at no charge.

The job I started has finished with afternoon sun protection reducing the house temperature. An added bonus was the protection from rain, something I had given no thought when I began.

Had a front brick fence with Oxworks aluminium slat infils and a side fence with aluminium posts and slats installed recently. The product looks particularly good installed and the two personnel gates look excellent. Oxworks did a superb job on the product and were helpful to the extreme even welding and fitting a doggie door opening to one of the gates. We are particularly happy with the outcome. Its a pity they do not do their own installation.
