Tried to claim warranty through them but they refused it by saying I need to contact fence installer for it. Installer is not cooperating so I have been stuck in this situation although my fence is still under warranty. What a messy & unfair warranty claim process.

I am very disappointed with this company, I have contacted them since last week but there was no one was going pick up the phone, and leave few messages but haven’t heard anything back from them. And no response from emails too. Got to get go somewhere else.

I am now a lost long term customer of Oxworks. The company has turned into a very unprofessional and very unreasonable company. Oxworks stuffed up my last order three times and because it was a special order they refuse to offer refunds even though it was their fault. Looking for a new supplier now.

Ignored my online enquiry and when I called they bloke on the other end tone and manner was that I was just wasting his time. He didn't want to help at all.

Recently I purchased a significantly large volume of glass pool fencing and aluminium fencing. I worked with Jess in Sales and she was just amazing to deal with. I had originally purchased the same volume of fencing through Bunnings, but cancelled the order due to the significant wait times of 12 plus weeks and the lack of communication and understanding of the product and order. I phoned Oxworks out of desperation as i needed the product fast. I had the glass delivered within 2 weeks at 25% cheaper pricing than Bunnings and the custom built fencing I received a week later. Jess was so helpful, gave great suggestions and advice, communicated well and overall the process was incredibly easy.

We made a purchase through ox works, but needed some replacement hinges for our pool fence for compliance. Josh from the development team gave exceptional service replacing the hinges *free of charge. Such a pleasure to deal with ox works and exceptional service 10 out of 10.

Recently went into cambellfield store for some fencing accessories. We don't really know the correct names for the parts needed. As I tried to explain to the salesman what was needed he was rude and unhelpful. He made me feel confused and silly. I walked away without what I needed and returned with my son. I was helped by someone different who was able to give me what I wanted. I would go somewhere else next time where I would hope to be treated with some respect, unlike how I was made to feel here.

I recently bought some fencing and accessories from the campbellfield store. As amateur DIY fencers we were a bit confused about some things. The young lady and guys in the office were so understanding, patient and helpful. A big shout out to the guys in the warehouse who were also so friendly. I highly recommend this team and can't thank them enough for their support and kindness.
