Worst experience ever. The books will take 2 months to arrive, who will wait that long just find out from customer service. The refund process is ridiculous as well it will again take 2 weeks to get your money back. If books are out of stock then don't let customer placed an order, then at least customer knows that it is out of stock and they don't have to call customer service to find out where are the books.
I would give -minus star if that would be an option
