All I can say is that there is a reason why we are where we are in our careers. You get what you deserve. Although most retail assistants make honest living and being a retail assistant requires people skills. Any role is dignified when a little professionalism is applied.
This one is exceptionally bad. Poor service, bad attitude arrogant for nothing amd definitely not fit for any job.

I used to frequent Oxford in my business travels, especially when they had an outlet at the airport. I had never gone to the DFO outlet, and now I am glad I never did. I can also understand why they had to put this person in their DFO outlet. May be discounted labour to sell discounted items. One thing is for sure: Whatever they are paying this "man boy" is too much.

Nice store with a lot of collections. Store moved to new location in South Warf DFO ground floor, Opposite to Typo store.

I like it when staff can give advice on sizing and finding a suit tailored to my build. 2 pure wool suits for $600 is excellent value, and they even gave me an extra $50 off. Thankyou.

The lady who served us was so friendly and knowledgeable. It made me feel like coming back next week. She had dark hair with bright red streaks sorry I didn’t get her name.

Tony was of great help! We’re from Sydney and he gave us stock levels of different stores and Sydney. Really helpful especially with design suggestions!

I asked them to reserved an item for me because it was on the mannequin and accdg to them, they cant take it out and promised to call me back instead when it’s ready. I did not receive any call for a week. Rang them and they confirmed the item was still there. Came to the shop only to found out they sold it to someone else! The lady in the shop did not even bother to apologise to me. So rude!

Visited today (18 Nov 2021) and was served by Leila and Luigi. They impressed me with their excellent service and helped me to pick a suit for a wedding on a budget; from helping me find my size and matching my outfit + picking accessories.

Ended up getting a suit (Jacket, Pants + 3 shirts) + Cufflinks + Chelsea Boots + Bow tie for $376.

Not “branded” and might have to alter the pants, but I reckon for the comfortable outfit and a decent price point, this was a great choice and would recommend!

I found some pretty good deals there! Not every size available, not every color, but it's an outlet store so to be expected. Come with your own bags as their's slowly fall apart while shopping

Excellent clothing range and very well priced, much better than the Oxford at Sydney airport. Customer service in both stores was pretty good as well.

Terrible service from manager, she was rude with staff and rude with customers, didn't help with sizing or range, refused to come over to help. I like Oxford, long time customer. I walked out with less than what I would have bought, had the service been better. The manager working over Christmas period aka. "The Grinch" should be retrained in customer service or dropped like a bag of wet cement.

2nd purchase from this store. 1st time buying a full suit from here and could not have been more satisfied with the service provided by Tony! Will definitely be returning here for my next suit

I went to this store to exchange some items that I’ve bought for my husband. First of all they charged me extra for exchanging the exact same items! Basically we just got the bigger sizes, I’ve never paid any extra for exchange anywhere else! Then when I asked the reason for the extra charge the store manager said there is no explanation and that’s the system and you have to pay because I have another customer to serve! Anyway we had to get the items because we only had 14 days to exchange and today was the last day otherwise I wouldn’t do it. She was absolutely rude, very bad attitude and worse customer service ever. I was planning to spend more money and buy some more items but when that lady gave us that attitude we didn't even look at anything else. I’ll never go back there terrible customer service and the worst experience I’ve ever had. Very disappointing Oxford!

Staff were rude and arrogant. Got forced out 15 minutes before the stated close time. Terrible shopping experience. Ended up spending money in an neighbouring store who excelled in great customer service. Your staff need better training. Would give it a zero if I could!

George is extremely talented in going above and beyond in being unprofessional, rude and down right condescending to customers. A true example of how one individual can ruin the image of a company. I think he needs to be more like Melanie from the Emporium store who was very pleasant to speak with and went out of her way to help me.

I had read previous negative comments for this Sth Wharf store on the way there. It's quite disappointing as it seems HR has yet to address the issue. I think George does not realise that working in the customer service industry does take a little bit of being nice and welcoming to people who walk in the store.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

The staff here are so rude arrogant and unhelpful there is so much stuff the shop is cluttered and you can find anything, don't expect the staff to help you find it either they are to busy taking to each other about there weekend. The only reason to go there is to grab a cheap nice jacket but again you will have to do it all your self. Horrible experience

I always buy shirts from Oxford but last week I went to exchange one of the shirt the guy who behind the counter was shocking and very poor customer service. He let me to change the shirt but in a very rude way. Never experience in any other store. It was bad
