The service extended to me today by Dan was fantastic! He was knowledgable, most helpful and very genuine in his service delivery. He has served me previously and was exactly the same. I left your store not only very happy with my purchases, but with the whole experience, all thanks to Dan.

Very disappointed with my experience, I had to ask for service as the shop assistant wasn’t really interested. Once I purchased two items. I noticed the jacket had a stain on it that could not be easily cleaned and tried to find another similar item. Unable to find a replacement l requested my money back and was told I could only have in store credit as it’s their companies policy. I stated to the assistant I need that money now to make a purchase somewhere else and that she has no right to withhold reversing my payment. Eventually my money was returned, as I had to argue for it. Big waste of time, many other places to shop at.
