I was referred to Ownit Conveyancing when I decided to sell my property. They assisted me through the whole process until settlement. My case was assigned to Tahni who was approachable and assisted me through the whole sale process, she was approachable and responded to my queries promptly.

Professional and quick-to-respond. Settlement was handled without issue and the rate was very reasonable.

I can't fault the lawyers working at Ownit. Tahni is very helpful and so is Donna but I have massive issue with the fact that they don't actually have anyone physically working in victoria right now. Their office in victoria is a virtual office and you can't speak to anyone there if anything goes wrong. This was never communicated to me. Other than that, they also left settlement info/amount until the very day of the settlement which makes it very stressful as we are intending to pay by cheque. All in all, the free contract reading is really great. Other aspects of their service need more attention.
