Engaged owner inspections to complete comprehensive defect and full list of incomplete works as at date builder was terminated. Paid $1000s and received a report described by our Barrister as "lacking and lazy, at best".

Owner Inspections has done 5 inspections so far and it has been very thorough so far. Reports are given pretty much within an hour from the inspection. They have been very flexible with appointments as our SS then, kept changing the dates and times at a very short notice and Des in the office has been very helpful with short notices. Burak was the inspector who did most of our inspections and got things sorted out with the SS pretty quickly. Waiting for the PCI inspection and hopefully it turns out well. Thanks Des and Burak for your assistance throughout.

High attention to detail. Our framing stage inspection was performed by Burak who provided detailed report and seems knowledgeable. The submitted report mentioned everything from a minor to a major defect which could impact the structure. Keep up the good work.

Before I my build started I was contemplating if it was necessary to engage with a company to do inspections at each stage of the build. Well I'm glad I did because there were a lot of things that I wouldn't have picked up myself especially since I do not understand myself in the Australian regulations or everything in the building process.

I understand that some people might be skeptical (I was at the beginning) but I think it's important and I highly recommend that all stages of your build are inspected by a qualified inspector outside of your builders inspectors. I engaged with Owner Inspections and I'm so glad I did because I got a great service as well as two reports. The first report was very detailed and one that the site supervisor of my builder would be able to understand, whereas the second report was the summary which was great for me as I could understand it in layman's terms.

Thankfully my builder addressed and rectified all the issues that were picked up by Owner Inspections and I'd highly recommend the team as they're highly knowledgeable, reasonably priced and very accommodating to last minute date/time changes made by the builder.

Used owner inspections for our new home build. Des was very professional, reports are detailed with photos and arrive same day. We still did our own inspections as well, but his picked up issues that we would never of noticed.
Honestly if they find one major defect that you miss it pays for itself 10 times over. Very much worth the cost to ensure a quality build. Highly recommend.

Burak Hasan was very helpful and always ready to help doing a very detailed report with point we couldn't make by ourselves during our apartment pre-settlement inspection.

Highly recommend Owner Inspections for new builds. Very meticulous and pay close attention to details. Reports following the inspection are well detailed with photographic evidence. Even their fees are appropriate.

Booked in Bored piers Inspections of slab. Even after specifically asked for measurements. Found out from site Supervisor that Inspector did not even measure the bored pier holes. Site Supervisor did it for him.when asked Inspector he hung up the phone and said talk to management.
Really is It Owner inspection or Builder Inspection?
Thank God I did not choose package and chose to go stage by stage.

I have Owners inspection as my private inspector for my build and we have completed pre-slab stage and where there were any major issues, the inspector Gary was kind to resolve with the on-site construction team.
