Own Little World

Cathy and her business responded to my concerns about my order never arriving which was wonderful. I was very grateful that they corrected the issue and so I’ve changed my review to reflect their response and the quality of their products. Given the issues I’ve had, I only gave 4 stars (otherwise it would’ve been a full 5) but they do have fantastic products and I would recommend their business. I would advise that you check /ask that your items are posted with signature on delivery and insurance if it adds up to more than $100, to prevent the issues I had. It’s a problem with Australia post as there is no redress if they say something has been delivered when it hasn’t (if no signature has been requested). Given all the positive reviews for them I think this must have just been an unfortunate event (my item never arrived despite tracking stating it had) but they corrected it and I received my items in the end.

Great store with a selection of high quality homeware goods (e.g. Chalk paint and brushes). Service is fantastic - extremely helpful staff who are more than happy to provide tips and tricks on furniture restoration. This is one of those neighbourhood gems!

So excited to have received this chalk paint from Own Little World. I placed the order yesterday afternoon after finding out Bunnings were out of stock and not even 24 hours later I have received the paint. Thanks team for your speedy service- much appreciated!
