Overseas Seafood Chinese Restaurant / Proeat Noodles and Dumplings

Usually dine in. Have eaten at the restaurant many times. Food is usually quite tasty. Tonight I ordered take away for the first time. My vegetable fried rice had ham in it. The mixed veg dish consisted of solely onion and cauliflower. Not a piece of carrot or broccoli anywhere. The sauce was so watered down it had no flavour, and the take away container was less than half full. Very disappointed with take away. Make sure you eat in!

We came with friends for a pleasant evening dinner at this restaurant on recommendation from friends. The food was good although one of my chicken skewers was raw, they very quickly replaced it. Service was pleasant if not swift. Overall it was a good evening meal in pleasant surroundings with service with a smile. Would we go again, yes, would we recommend it, yes. Prices were reasonable especially for the quality of the food. Enjoy!

Food is amazing, well priced and fresh. Everything tastes amazing. My family usually gather there and share between us. We are usually a group of 8-10 people. It's easy to share as you get value for money. Staff are really friendly and always have a smile. Best I've found and yes we have been back many times. Beautiful food. Do yourself a favour and go here!

Went there for my sisters birthday, oh what a lovely lunch. We had the lunch special 9.99 includes can of drink choice of dim sim or spring roll choice of main meals fabulous. Meals presented beautifully. Most certainly go again

NOT A HAPPY MOTHERS DAY MEAL!

STANDARDS, QUALITY AND SERVICE ARE A HEALTH CONCERN.

MY DAUGHTER SPILT COKE FROM THE GLASS JUG THAT WAS CRACKED AT THE NECK OF THE JUG, TRYING TO POUR INTO HER GLASS WHICH ENDED UP ALL OVER THE FRONT OF HER CLOTHES, ASKED FOR NAPKINS 3 TIMES TILL I STARTED TAKING FROM THE OTHER TABLES. RECTIFIED THE JUG, PORK DUMPLINGS CAME OUT THAT I ASKED TO HAVE WITH THE ENTIRE MEAL, MY DAUGHTER HAD ALREADY EATEN ONE, REALISING "MUM THESE ARE COLD" STOPPED THE MEAL. MY SON SPAT HIS OUT, MY DAUGHTER IN DISGUST, MY HUSBAND OPEN ONE UP AND COMPLETELY RAW. I OPENED ANOTHER, RAW AGAIN. AFTER TAKING THEM AWAY, WE WAITED A WHILE FOR THE REST OF OUR MEAL (WE ARE ONE OF TWO TABLES IN THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT; THE OTHER TABLE WERE ON MAINS WHEN WE WALKED IN) THREE OTHER EMPTY TABLES WERE STILL NOT CLEARED AWAY UNTIL WE WERE FINISHED. ROUND TWO ON THE PORK DUMPLINGS CAME OUT AND WE WERE ASKED "ARE THEY COOKED". WOW! WE ATE THE BEST OF WHAT WAS SERVED AND LEFT. A DISSAPOINTING EXPERIENCE START TO FINISH. NOW AT HOME CARING FOR MY SICK FAMILY, TWO WHOM HAVE THROWN UP. HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!

Our whole family got together there for my wife's birthday. We used to be very regular customers there, when the previous owners had the Restaurant, so we wanted to give the new owners a go as well, and just as well, we did. Some had an entré, we all had a mains, and some had a dessert. All the courses, without exception, were of a very high standard, quality and volume, indicating, that all of us were delighted with our visit and we'll all be back again to try-out some other meals from the menu. It was a very good choice for a reasonably priced meal out.
