My car was send there by my insurer to fix ignition and smashed window due to attempted car theft. When I got it back, it looked and felt like brand new car. They did a great job and customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Does not even deserve 1 star. A 3 year old can paint better than that. Did not fix everything and have had the car over 2 months. They seam bit dodgy as when we saw our car still had lots of faults they did not want us to let our insurer know they have not given us the 100 percent satisfaction so would not recommend them to anyone especially when you have to keep chasing them to see if your vehicle is ready.

My beloved defender got sent there for repairs after an accident.
They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the final result with my defender. Touched up scratches and dints on the other side of the car when they didn’t have too. Kept me informed throughout the process. With the final touch looking awesome!
Couldn’t recommend anyone else to work on your car. Specially if your as picky and annoying as I am.

Thanks you guys! Hopefully I don’t get into another accident but whenever I need car stuff done! You will be my go to!

I'm beyond words, truly I am, because of how much love, passion, attention and care I received through out the whole process. First beginning with the initial consultational call with their heart warming female receptionist, than on with how I was received into the establishment (by way of a wrong trun into the opposite building to which I was spotted, assumed correctly and kindly directed into the right direction) by each staff who were professional, welcoming and just in a way, left one with a feel of "being looked after". I could go on but ay,
you've got to be there to see it for yourself.

The work is good however, picking up my car during COVID dirty and seas stained was unheard of, I wonder if they even noticed that when they got the car it was immaculate inside and I had to pay $60 to get the interior cleaned, and disinfected. So disappointed with their service, I would not recommend them for anyone and the only reason I went with then is because it was an insurance job.

My brand new Mazda3 was hit recently. Insurance sent me here (I'm glad they those Overall Panels). It took one extra week but the job was excellent. Nobody can tell if the car was in any accident at all. Perfect job. Tony and Fay were very helpful and professional.

Forced to come to this workshop by my insurance company and staff ignored my dad. Waited outside for 30minutes before being allowed in. Asked for our car to be kept there while waiting for the parts meant I had no car to drive. Asked about hire car as it was an insurance claim against the other party told us we have to provide details of the other parties' insurance despite requesting them to contact our insurance company for those details. Unprofessional and poor customer service.

Vehicle repair took more time than expected.
However, it looks better than before.

These guys went above and beyond with the service. From courtesy cars to dealing with the insurance company to full tank of petrol to absolutely fully detailed my car to what a bloody magnificent service.

When my 2002 SS Commodore was rear ended (by a Hilux with a bull bar) my heart sank! The damage to the left rear quarter panel, boot, spoiler and light array was substantial. A family member recommended Overall Panels. Liaising with Rob was a pleasure. Rob understood my dismay at the possibility that my beloved SS may need to be written off. The repairs were swift and the results utterly amazing! The repairs were flawless, with the color match perfect! I was absolutely ecstatic and delighted with the repairs!
