Coffee fine and look at the cream on the apple turnover!

Made an unscheduled stop here on our way to Adelaide just for their FABULOUS French Vanilla slice. Haven't had one in years but my first bite reminded me of why I love 'em SO much. Can't wait for my next trip south so I can have another one!

The coffee was perfect, we were on a road trip from south coast NSW to Adelaide and this little bakery where the lady knew that an extra shot meant I don't want coffee flavored milk.

What I got was a solid robust coffee exactly what I needed.

We also had a vanilla slice that was hands down the best I've had since at least 1984 (I just picked a random year that was over 30 years ago). But honestly this vanilla slice was fantastic

Was passing through town and decided to stop in for a feed in the morning and stood there waiting and waiting to be served and nothing. There were at lest 4 or 5 people working there and just ignored me and another customer. Moved on to the next town.

Very popular place for lunch in Ouyen. Parking is not a problem. Prices were good for a small town. Service was friendly and reasonably professional. Check out the line to the counter. This is because the food was extremely good.

Stop over on bus route from Shepparton to Adelaide. Always a favourite spot on the journey. Food good. Service good. Place always clean and tidy.

Excellent bakery.wide range of products on offer ranging from slices and cakes, sandwiches and rolls as well as a few different pies, sausage rolls and pasties. Some bread, rolls and sweet items available on a shelf when walking in as well as one next to it for cheaper items from the day before which was empty when I went Friendly service when I went. The food I had was excellent (crispy pastry on the pies and sausage roll). The coffee, I found was very good (to my liking and not bitter). Not the cheapest but well worth the money spent. Seating available inside and outside. Reasonably popular. Will stop again when in the area. Definitely worth the stop and visit.

I partook in the chunky steak pie with an apple turnover chaser. The pie’s pastry was a perfect escort to the plump beef chunks swimming in a bath of flavorsome gravy. Truly a medal contender and one doing fine justice to the heifer that made it possible.

It’s been a while since a trundled into the apple turnover world and was visually and acoustically impressed as I consumed it in animalistic haste. What a culinary adventure. The cream generously injected between crisp walls of flaky pastry balanced well with the sweet apple purée lying in wait deep in the cavernous gift.

My only regret is that this fine establishment is far from my home and one that I may not visit for years to come. Maintain the rage fine chefs - I shall return.

Well worth a visit for fresh coffee and really good food, they will make any sandwich you can request. Across the road a beautiful mural of the area history and very clean toilets.

Great smooth Soy lattes. Also good food and quick service, Perfect for on the run families heading interstate

But I can only go by word of mouth as it's was closed on the way and on the way back alot of others also missed out

Very busy but staff were great. Our food was delicious. Worth the stop while passing through town.

Again not disappointed traveling from Melbourne to Mildura many times during family event.
I have always made a stop for a pie and county styled Boston bun.
They generally have a small que.
I don't mind cause the staff are just adorable. Even if the ques is longer they still great you like ur the first customer of the day.

Warm and so welcoming regardless of the time of day or even if it's full of families, tourists, and the regulars they even know there name.

Woweeee. Super coffee and hubby absolutely loved his vanilla slice - it didn't last long! Great people and friendly service - even though they were very busy.

Exceptionally a clean and beautiful coffee shop and bakery. I bought wholemeal bread and it was the best! I also bought a vegetarian sandwich and it was delicious! Their coffee was amazing too! If you pass by Ouyen this place is a must try! The girls are also very friendly! Plenty of parking too.

An excellent bakery with a good assortment of cold and hot food. The pies and sausage rolls are sensational, and the service is prompt and friendly. Highly recommended!

Awesome bakery, great selection of food, cakes, bread and drinks. Well laid out and very good dining inside or outside. Staff and service terrific, If you're in the area definitely give it a try you would be pleasantly surprised.

The place was full of people when I was there mid-day of weekday. Seems popular. They had wide variety of sweets and sandwiches. They also do gluten free sweets and sandwiches. I loved my eclairs and my friends loved their other sweets too.

Must try if you are around the area.

Update: I tried Vanilla Slice and oh they're yumm.
