Tom did a great job sorting out the tap under the laundry basin so that water hose could be attached to new washing machine.

Tom did a great job replacing my hot water tank. Really happy with the service. This is the second time I've used Outright Maintenance and I'll definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

We have needed to use Outright Plumbing Maintenance several times in recent months as we undertake renovations on our residence. OPM have been exceptional to deal with and have extremely competent personnel at all levels. Future projects are quoted promptly and accurately and carried out to the letter. Unforeseen 'emergency' requirements such as other's excavators rupturing burst pipes are responded to ASAP and with urgency and OPM crews attending within an hour or so. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I would like to thank the team at Outright Plumbing and Maintenance. I needed a new oven. I contacted the team a few times for advice about different power sources and the fitting that each would require. After deciding on the new oven I had it successfully fitted within two days. On the day of fitting, Chris arrived right on time. He was extremely polite and professional. He had the old oven removed and the new one fitted within 3hr and took the old one away. I was very happy with the service from start to finish. Thanks.

Outright plumbing have an a mm amazing group of people working there. Nick was very helpful and accommodating to our changing needs and when it came to the install him and Kai did a stellar job with the plumbing. Very tidy. Hamish their electrician w was also very easy to work with and left a very neat space. This from the office was also a pleasure to work with and very understanding of our time pressures for this piece of work.

My water pipe was leaking badly from water meter to my house. Sarah responded my call and arranged the plumber Pat to come to repair. The whole process was smooth and I was not waiting long. Pat did a quick and fantastic job for the repairing and make sure that the water is running ok in the house and cleaned the digging area. The price is very reasonable and I’m highly recommended to use them.

Joel was assigned to my job to install natural gas conversion kit to my BBQ. He was not only one time but provided skilled and professional service to connect my BBQ - great quality with a smile.

Ross and Kai were absolute lifesavers. They were timely, efficient and communicated well. The work they did was amazing and while I was working in the room next door I barely heard a peep. Legends! Would recommend to anyone.

Ricky arrived on time, wearing all PPE. He was courteous, introduced himself and explained what he was doing and very pleasant to deal with. Carried out the servicing and checking of the heater and cleaned up after himself.

Our apartment building located in Docklands requested us to have our pan seals replaced.
