Staff are great and friendly. Trainers know their stuff and know how to work with clients to achieve great work. Fantastic array of equipment despite being a small gym. 24hr access is amazing. Only concern is everything is yellow which is really jarring, especially since I don’t wear my glasses while training!

This gym is really amazing has really friendly staff it may not be a big gym but has everything you need, it just feels like home.

Friendly warm welcome every time I enter into the door from the manager. The gym is always cleaned which shows a great sign of management team and is always very tidy. My partner and I have been going to PARC Frankston for almost a year, and have been looking for a gym close to us for a while! FINALLY found a PERFECT gym! I am very anal about how clean the place is and the atmosphere. Both are great! You will be greeted by the owner (Tom) whom I absolutely loved from the second I’ve met him! He is the friendliest and sweetest person you’ll ever meet! The gym has every equipment needed for your workout, wether you’re doing legs, chest or yoga, there’s everything for everyone’s needs! So people, COME AND JOIN! You won’t regret it! Plus the personal trainers Michael and Brendon are EXCELLENT!

Been with this gym for ages and was able to meet 3 managers/owners. So far, the gym has the best manager/owner that it has now. Tom has been very accommodating with most, if not all, members and always caters to what the gym and members need. A lot of new equipment have been added since the gym was brought up too! It is true that it is just small, but it has enough equipment for ones weekly routine. And add to that their very clean, 5 star toilet/shower room! Hope this gym maintains all the good stuff or at least lessen the bad ones. Great Job Tom and the outfit24 team. (Y)

Tom is the best gym owner I've had the privilege to work alongside. It isn't very often you have someone care so much about the members. I've never seen so many members spend a good hour before a workout to just chat to the gym owner. Been an absolute pleasure to be a part of the gyms growth.

Decent small gym, music is played very loud which is annoying as you can hear it through your headphones even on max volume.

Small Gym but great service. They have everything you need but lack lower body and leg machines. They are a few their but personally not enough.
