Just had my outback verandah completed by Trent and Liam. Could not be happier, they were friendly and courteous and knew what what they were doing, my backyard was left as if no construction had been done that day. My expectations are far exceeded, I highly recommend Outdoor Impressions. The whole process was easy and quick, from initial consult to completion of the job. Once the decking goes down and some landscaping done, we'll be ready for summer BBQ's.

Great to deal with, promptly sorted out some issues that occurred, end result was amazing, would highly recommend Anthony and his team.

We are truly happy with the end product of our beautiful pergola with decking, I have specific requirement with the design and material. Anthony is extremely friendly and helpful in giving me practical ideas and drafting out the plans in my minds. I feel very comfortable to discuss what I want with them. Their teams are professional. This is the builder you can trust but prepared that the time frame may takes longer than you planned during this Covid condition.

After contacting STRATCO for a quote, Anthony from OUTDOOR IMPRESSIONS got in touch with us and attended within a couple of days.
Anthony quoted on removing our old (25years) patio and install an OUTBACK PATIO. We accepted the quote, and the work went ahead. From the time the tradies arrived till the time they left, 4 days later, both workers were committed to the job, and a pleasure to have on our premises. I would go as far as saying, of all the tradies we have had in our premises over the last 40 years, both Trent and Adam were the best and we could not fault the workmanship. A credit to the company. Cleaned up after each days work. The completed patio is fantastic and has really enhanced both the house and our lifestyle. I have no hesitation in recommending OUTDOOR IMPRESSIONS. Great product, Great service, Great staff.

I came across outdoor impressions through the startco website as they are there authorised dealers. So I called them and a gentleman named Anthony Davis called me back to book an appointment to quote me for an outdoor verandah. I had to ask my husband to come early from work to be present to meet Anthony.
It has been nearly 3 weeks now with text messages, voice mails to his mobile and also a call to their outlet, I have not received any quote from them!
Irresponsible, unreliable and unprofessional to say the least. I can only imagine if I give them the job what the turnover time will be and if the job will even be finished on time as they do not have the policy of getting back to their customers!
I am also going to advise startco of this unprofessional behaviour. Disappointed! If you do not wish to quote just say it, why waste my time and yours!

I was on Facebook and got onto the Stratco page which they recommended Outdoor Impressions. The sales rep Scott rang me to organise a quote. He was on time and quoted me on the spot for the Stratco Outback 10mx4m veranda.

I went ahead with them and Paul, the office manager, rang me and said permit would take about 3-6 weeks. Permit was early around 5 weeks. The parts arrived at my house at 7am

The guys came at 7: 30am and were done by 4pm. The guys were very professional with a high work ethic. I would highly recommend Outdoor Impressions to anyone.

The guys at Outdoor Impressions were very helpful throughout the whole process of building our verandah, even getting a building permit and dealing with the council. We are so happy with the finished product.

Recently had a carport finished circa $9K and would not recommend Outdoor Impressions based on the service I experienced. It took 5 weeks to be completed after the permit was issued and once the job was started beams were delivered incorrectly cut and had to be modified on site to fit, guttering was not ordered in it's entirety (minus one side) and when finally completed it leaked. Not satisfied with the quality of the job overall.
