Fabulous service from Nick. I wanted a heater in fairly quickly and he organised everything with a few quick phone calls. His extremely friendly demeanour and ‘nothing is too difficult” attitude made my whole buying of a Coonara Aussie Legend radiant heater a very pleasant experience.

I purchased a heater from Nick almost a year ago, we have had issues with the fan and a remote not working making the heater unusable. Reported the issue and had what you would call the worst experience in trying to get things repaired. First it took them 2 months to actually tell the supplier about the problem, then took another 2 months to get some one to actually deal with the issue, had to wait 3 months for parts and once the parts were delivered to nick we are still waiting for his repair guy to call us and actually fix the unit. Past the point of sale you get zero attention from these guys, They have zero customer service and the repairer/installer focuses on his own business as he isnt a direct employee of the company. Just deflated after spending thousands on a high quality unit and not being able to use it.

After weeks of researching and visiting distant showrooms along the Mornington Peninsula I finally found Nicks business. Nicks prices were competitive and he was amazing at guiding our purchase. We were so happy with our outdoor Heatmaster A900 that we decided to add a Masport to our garage. We purchased both fireplaces though Nick and had his guys install one of them which was also stress free. Super happy with our purchases and happy I found him.

Purchased an outdoor lounge setting from Nick and he was great, went over the different options and looked after us well, got it delivered within a couple of days, would highly recommend you look here for outdoor furniture.

Has taken almost a year for our heater to be installed. Plumber cost an additional $770 during installation that was not mentioned at the time of purchase. Really grumpy service to top off an already unpleasant experience.

Nick has no customer service or communication skills what so ever. He lied to get the sale. Promised the unit complete and we only got halve of if it. After we followed up with him He advised we would see it in a week. 2 weeks pass Nick no where to be seen After we had followed up with him again No apology just you will see it in 2 months.
Basically took our money and has forgot about us. Now blaming the supplier even though we had asked him to confirm he could get what we wanted in the time line we required.

The staff here are very friendly and have a lot of knowledge in there products they sell. I would recommend to anyone looking good products and service.

Bought a Coonara firelite wood heater from here, Nick is a absolute legend! Helped me with tips, advice in what heater I needed for my home! Best price for my heater as well! Highly recommended, he also has outdoor furniture at amazing prices for the quality!

Great range of heaters and Barbecue equipment. I purchased a wood heater from these guys a while ago and received terrific service and advise.

We ordered a wood heater that turned out to be unavailable. Nick was very helpful with suggesting alternatives as well kindly offering us a discount on the next model up. Ultimately we decided none of the alternatives were right for us and a refund was given promptly and problem free. Overall, even though we didn't end up with a wood heater we are really pleased with the service delivered.
