Wonderful customer service by the owner and the boys. They have great range of synthetic grass, bamboo panels and merbau decking. Best price in town that’s for sure.

Lady on reception was very rude. She couldn't even understand basic language and started talking rudely. When asked for duplicate invoice, she refused to provide. Would stay away from such businesses. I was asked to provide license copy which I would never give.
I went over there to buy some timber for my project, the women there had the worst attitude ever for no reason. This asian look women took me to the wearhouse and was screaming at me that she has to serve the next customer and I have to climb my self and get my stuff. The women was grumpy and very rude. Beware!
Very bad customer service. Requested a quote online, had to follow up 4 times to get reply back. The reply was not helpful either. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Dealing with Thao and she is lovely nice lady. There was some issue with the timber supplied but her turnaround to resolve the issue easily. Strongly recommend them to do business with.

Merbau decking looks great at backyard. No problem at all. Reasonable rates. Good customer service.
