7I've been getting mybrows done here for years. These girls are my go too!
All I'm Gunna say is that my first experience was amazing the music wasn't to loud but that was when one of the management was there that I've seen on Instagram but when there not the music is too loud and it's not even English not that I'm being raceist or anything they should also take into account of how young some of there clients may be. The combination of having the woman attending to me basically screaming because the music is too loud trying to talk me into buying products aggressively aswell when I can't even hear what she saying.and the steap prices all combined make me not wish to return
Great place to get my eyebrows done- have been going there for a couple of years and they always provide a professional service and great brows every time!
Since COVID-19 changes have been implemented, they have kept up the great service and have a great process in place to protect both customers and staff.

Made sure to explain the process beforehand. Gentle and good customer service. Missed a few strands. A bit on the pricier side but got my brows filled in and cleaned up with concealer for free (sales trick but its still a nice service)!
Great brows. Terrible customer service. Been going to the watergardens branch for years, since it opened and it is so disappointing that they don’t compare to Highpoint they do the most amazing brows, and I’ll only continue to go here because one of the girls is amazing, but the customer service is so upsetting.

The ladies are lovely, the service is excellent and the music makes the experience a whole!
I love the rich brown pencil which I’m devestated it’s just run out! And also their creamy concealer and rich brow gel.
To top it off the brow artists remember my name!
Highly recommend to anyone that’s wanting to try threading
