Hi Ottoman Team,
I work at Melbourne Central since your closure we have had many customers enquire about you guys as they have purchased packages from your MC store.
We have been directing customers to your High point store, most customers are quite distressed and we were wondering if you have a contact number we can give to your loyal customers.

Bad service. Did not even acknowledge when sat down and waited. When got threaded did too thin even though I said just a clean up. Disappointing. Also it is not worth 35 dollars.

Good vibe, friendly staff - if you saw my brows before and wha they look like now, you'll totally understand why l gave them 5 stars!

Even though im paying they dont do what i ask for even though i was a regular customer! And the fact that the owner comes in at random and and starts doing snapchat stories with customers is just weird. I pay half the price at another place and they do a much better job.

I went here a month or two ago and the lady who threaded my brows was really rude and hard to talk to. I made an effort to be polite from the start. She was being quite rough with my brows (I'm sensitive and I let her know that nicely at the beginning) but it felt as though she was threading in a curved line rather than a straight one. I asked her if she could speed it up a little and she got really agressive about it. Then I asked her to be a little softer, and she thought I was critiquing her. I assured her that it wasn't personal, but the way she went about it was awful, I did not expect that from my brow experience!

The Melbourne Central Ottoman3 is much better.
