Otter Fencing recently completed a significant replacement of fencing at the Waverley Baseball Club. As usual, it was an outstanding job performed professionally, efficiently and expeditiously. The quality of fencing was first class and the team delivered in a seamless fashion. Awesome job.

The best in the business, from start to finish, they were so helpful and professional, finished product was A+ at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend and will be using them again.

Otter Fencing completed the installation of a pool fence and front gate at my home.

My dealings were with Glenn Otter. He provided me with clear and accurate advice about what needed to be done in order to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations regarding the pool fence and the front gate.

I was provided with timely updates as there was a level of urgency for me to have the works completed.

From the images attached, you can tell the level of quality, detail, and care Glenn’s team had at all times.

In my opinion if you have a need like me, or any of the other fencing solutions they offer, your first call should be to Glenn and his team.

Thanks a million for your creative and professional expertise assisting with the St Kilda Football Club fence installation. Your communication, customer service and efficiency completing our project was greatly appreciated. I would have no hesitation recommending your services to my personal and professional network.

Customer service is a foreign concept to Otter Fencing! Wasted my time for weeks, promising to provide a "same day" quote. Both times I phoned to follow up, I was told the quote would be sent later that day. Finally, after escalating my concerns, Ray Otter sent a two sentence email - "Unfortunately we are no [sic] able to assist at the moment to quote your job" Thanks mate! Perhaps you could have told me that in the beginning eh!

For a company that claims to be supportive of local sporting clubs - Otter fencing were nothing but a disappointment to deal with when it came to the simple task of providing a valid quote and building a shed at our local baseball club. For more than 9 months our club was attempting to get Otter fencing to provide a quote and perform some work. Our club is a simple not for profit club and had worked for 6 months with local governments to source funding for a project.

Due to the extremely poor customer service and refusal of senior management from Otter fencing to return phone calls and emails - the baseball club did not meet the deadline for the project timeframe and had to return close to $10,000 in government funded grant money.

I would not recommend this company as a business to deal with and they will not get any support or recommendations within our sporting club and other sporting clubs within our area. This is the worst example of a business dealing with a sporting club that the club has seen.

I am so happy with the service I received from Otter Fencing. The team turned up early and repaired the damage to my existing black PVC chain-link fence. They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up everything, and even gave me a can of touch up spray. Hopefully no more trees fall and damage my fence, but if so, I would happily call Otter Fencing again. Thank you!

The team at Otter Fencing have been great to deal right from my initial enquiry to the finished job. Whilst my job was a small one (repair section of fence and rehung gate) they completed it efficiently and professionally. Also their quote was more than reasonable compared to others. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

We replaced a very long front fence on Malvern Central School. The result was excellent, and the process of quoting and construction very smooth. This fence and its gates will last a very long time. Highly recommend.
