8Interviewed with them which was a waste of time, H. R manager was 20 minutes late to login via teams then I sat with the manager making small talk. Unstructered interview because they didn't care & already had someone lined up from the company internally. DONT WASTE PEOPLE'S TIME!
Is this company really providing their lift fixing service? Our lift has been broken for over whole week and no one come to fix it.

Otis installed multiple lifts in Aurora at 228 La trobe st, the building is 3 years old the lifts keep breaking down, the operating system does not work correctly, the tenants are stranded on floors unable to call the lifts at times.
The quality of these lifts is shocking, the operating systems are a failure, this company puts profit before quality and service.
The residents approx 600 apartments are looking at taking a class action againts OTIS.
I would give this company a wide birth, they are trading on the name not quality anymore.
I place great lift people, Lift Electricians, Service Technicians, Elevator Mechanics & Project Managers and found OTIS to be very professional.

Super great and helpful.the regional services don't reflect the bad reviews.the Bendigo guys are absolutely amazing. Any issues in regional vic are fixed quickly, the regional guys go out of their way to help out. I would give more stars if possible

Tailgating, pulling out in front of people. Cutting people off. Would've called the police, but busy Friday night the police have better things to do than educate moron drivers like this one. But a real good advertisement for your company.not.
